So somebody here had the clever idea of just using a simple maths question ie. 5+5 to denote #10 so we could still produce a list of sorts

What is protected is the chart information, so you can type with two or three numbers, in capital letters or whatever you want, it doesn't make a single difference. People could give the information directly without using two numbers, it doesn't make it more or less allowed.
