One Shot is the 3rd and final single from their 3x platinum selling debut album. Already available to download on Itunes but the official release date is February 22nd

The song is produced by Danish duo Soulshock and Karlin

Where do you think it will peak ? Its a much better song than Beat Again & Everybody in Love.. Up against Owl City - Fireflies & Lady GaGa/Beyonce - Telephone so doubt this will match the sucess of the first two singles.. Also the album has sold quite a bit already so most will have the track

Music video should be out in the next few weeks

For anyone that is yet to hear it

There was already a thread on this that got closed

I think it is their best yet by far- much better than Beat Again and Everybody In Love

Anyway dont think it will be number 1, because Owl City may stop them- also BA was their debut so was bound to do well, EIL was number 1 largely because of an X Factor performance- this is their third single and I just dont think it will do as well

This song is actually quite good surprisingly!! I think it will top 5 at the very highest though as the album has sold so much already

This is a bit rihanna-like, I would say it is their best song yet though... It has a lot of BSB in it as well, but boybands usually have a lot of elements in common.

Best song of JLS but the album has sold a lot, I doubt it will be powerfull enough to go top 3. IMO no1 of this week is Fireflies hands down if everything is released as scheduled now (I suspect robbie's 3rd single will be out that week too, this may change things). But once again I didn't expect the album would sell that craizy amount so they could be a surprize no2. Considering it's after the brits the week will get really busy and winners will fly up the charts, so they could end up out of top10. It will be the most interesting week to watch for a long time.

Top 3, wouldn't mind it to get no.1

That Owl City song is rubbish, God forbid that reaches no.1

Top 3, because of the huge, extremely "dedicated" fanbase. #1 if Owl City is brought forward, though.

I don't think it's as good as it's made out to be tbh. I love the space between the verse/bridges when it gets dancey, but the chorus really lets the song down as a whole I feel. I think "Heal This Heartbreak" (or maybe a more oomph radio mix) would have been a better choice, it flows much better.

I just hope that "Kickstart" is a single at some point, lovelove that song

Regardless, top 5?

can't see this being as successful. remember the reason EIL got to number one...

I doubt it will be as successful.. but EIL was very cheesy and basically disliked by most people.. other than their fanbase

I liked it personally.. but now Im bored of it & think One shot is a much stronger song

#4. "Fireflies" & "Telephone" will be the top 2, and then something else which is released one or two weeks before will be at #3 seen as this is their 3rd single and the album did very well
I dont think they are promoting this, since they're going to be on tour, right? #3-7.

Yeh they are on tour for 6 weeks from Jan 26th so will be busy with that.. might do some promo in between tour dates though
Suicidally boring. I liked the other two singles, they were more catchy. This one just droned on. Regardless, due to their popularity, I think it'll be Top 5.
Generic trash, but that won't stop their fans sending it soaring into the top10.

Voted top 5 but top 3 is possible if their loyal fans buy the cd single (especially for b-sides?). Like I mentioned in another thread, a new single mix of the song would probably help too. Plus the video once that goes into circulation.

'Fireflies', 'Telephone' and 'Hollywood' are the only singles that could prevent JLS getting top 3 (though that depends on how well Marina does the previous week). I predict #4 for 'One Shot'.
