No. They will be on 17th.

The difference between Iyaz and Owl City is now a bit less than the size of Plan B's pop bars, so maybe it will be a bit of a wait for Owl to overtake... I'm still pretty sure it'll happen though, and I think Owl will still be #1 this week officially, but he won't be there in the first few sets of mids.
