In the week you complete your album, -1 gets added to the singles sales.

I'm going to use an example to better illustrate my point.

I bought The Fear off the single EP and then bought the album using the complete the album 2 weeks later. I paid for the single and the album (just at 79p less). I would have thought both sales would still count.

Cheryl #11 in Italy, #21 in the Netherlands, #36 in France, #36 in Denmark and #70 in Norway, and close to top100 in a few other countries too :o :cheer:

More info in the GA forum of course!

Talk about that in the International Forum, and in the GA Forum. If people want to know about her European chart positions, they will have a look :)

ugh, ive never saw this glee programme but i can tell i wont like it already.ihope the charts in 2010 dont turn into the glee toop 40 - abit like 1978 was full of grease music!! why do people just swallow up rubbish from tv (usually american rubbish) and go and buy it?!?!as the Rage against the Machine song lyrics state - 'now you do what they told ya, now your under control'.

Why is everything rubbish if you don't like it? We like the music, so we're going to buy it. You don't like it, so don't buy it. Simple.

They didn't tell to buy the track or the music, did they?

no but the fact that its getting mass exposure via tv means people will be enthralled by it and lap it up as per usual.btw i havent heard their versions of the songs yet but like the xfactor they are just singing old songs.i judge music by talent not only through singing but also song writing and the ability to play an instrument.

While in the other hand the campaign was all about telling to people to download the RATM.... quite ironic

People watch a musical show on TV, they think it's fun and they like their songs, so they download it. There's nothing wrong with that at all... It's just like people listening to a song on radios and wanting to download it cause they like it.

A little part of the actual viewers will download it (just like with every exposure sheme), but it has a big audience so that's why it's up that high on Itunes. It's not like the millions of viewers on TV were acting like zombies and all downloading it. Some people liked it so they downloaded it, end of.
