Go Ellie! :cheer:

I wish she overtook Jason Derulo though, his song is so bland it hurts :o Hopefully Florence+TheDizzee stays at the top.

IMO 'In My Head' is top-10 worthy song, but not any more, it's not THAT good to be a top-3 hit for my taste.

I wish Ellie and Sugas both would peak in the top3 but I think Ellie will get a Top5 by the end of the week, Sugababes #7-8, Jason #2

Fantastic for Ellie I was expecting top 15 at best..

Great for The Suga's I thought they might of struggled to get top 10 as they stalled for ages then both Ellie and Jason overtook them, so I'm glad that they are still gaining. :D

It was a smart move to release Ellie while the hype is surrounding her, unlike with Little Boots, as she is definitely reaping the rewards. For the music she produces, a top five hit is fantastic - even if it does turn out to be her only ever!

Trust me, "Remedy" would have gone to #1 had it:

1 - Been released after she was #1 on the BBC Poll

2 - Been chosen as the real lead off single

3 - Was accompanied by an actual amazing video unlike "New In Town" (although the video for "Remedy" ain't all that either).

*delusional but true*

That's what I was saying. She is reaping the rewards of the hype, unlike Little Boots did as it had died down by her release dates!

Let's talk about next week's releases. :)

I would mark some contenders for high positions...

Amy MacDonald – Don’t Tell Me That Its Over

Boyzone - Gave It All Away

Crookers feat Miike Snow - Remedy

Gramophonedzie - Why Don’t You

Kesha feat 3OH!3 - Blah Blah Blah

Wiley feat Emeli Sande – Never Be Your Woman

And also download only:

Daisy Dares You – Number One Enemy

Tinie Tempah - Pass Out

Quite a lot, don't you think? I can't imagine Crookers and Amy MacDonald in the top10 though. Kesha will most probably be pushed back.

Wiley... HOPE IT FLOPS, I'M TIRED OF COVERS OF CLASSY SONGS!!!!

Boyzone might be huge on their first week with massive pre-orders, they will drop like a stone later though.

I can see Gramophonedzie as quite a hit, top20, maybe top10.

Daisy Dares You and Tinie Tempah - I think they will both do well.

We'll have another clear-out in the Top10 then! :)

Wiley, Tra$ha, Daisy Dares You & Gramophonedzie will all go top 10. I'd be pleased if Amy MacDonald went top 20 and had a Sharleen Spiteri/Script type of chart run!

Ellie Goulding for #1. :cheer:

NU QUEEN OF POP IN TOWN. :P

;)

Edited by Who Me?

Mariah Carey- Angels Cry: 220

Sugababes-Wear my Kiss: 6, 77, 255

UPDATE!!!

Ellie up to #3! :o

Sugas up to #6

WoW this is high... very unexpected after yesterday.

UPDATE!!!

Ellie up to #3! :o

Sugas up to #6

Omg, I never thought Ellie would be doing so well :D It will be great if this can go top 3 on the official chart :)

Come on DeRulo! Also Alicia is number 1 on both play and Amazon. Wonder how much effect that'll have for her :D

Jason's the highest new entry on play and amazon too. (Sugas and Ellie are the next highest new entries)

I wonder if any Glee songs will have any effect this week! HOPEFULLY anyway :P

Never expected Ellie to do this well, so pleased! :D

Could we see current pop bars please??

Come on Sugas! Rihanna and Alicia both falling...number 4 here we come
