Posted February 20, 201015 yr http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51tsUxrUlQL._SS500_.jpg Together Again Evanescence Together Again - Single Release Date: 23 February 2010 Format: MP3 - Digital Download Label: Wind-Up Duration: 3:18 (UK) / 3:19 (US) Amazon MP3 (UK) Amazon MP3 (US) Pretty exciting! I don't know if it will be part of the new album. There's a good chance it might not, seeing as it was a song that never made the cut for The Open Door but might be added as a bonus track on the third album or something.
February 21, 201015 yr They went really downhill after the first album. This doesn't sound like any imagination went into it. They're not showing any progression. Pity because the singles from the first album were not terrible.
February 21, 201015 yr Author This isn't showing progression because it was written during The Open Door era. I don't know if it will be part of their 3rd album or just a buzz single. I do agree that fallen had better songs and i think a lot of it had to do with Ben Moody's writing. Amy wrote Hello, though, which i think is the best song they've done. Either way, it's nice to have some fresh music. It's been wayy too long. And Amy Lee said that the album will be "happier," which i think will be interesting to see how it transfers into music. I do agree it's not their best though and that fallen was the strongest album with the stronger singles =)
February 21, 201015 yr I'm surprised they still exist tbh after the fiasco(s) a few years ago. Oh and there's an ex-Limp Bizkit member in the band now, which says a lot.
February 21, 201015 yr It sounds ok, I loved Evanescence though, they were my favourite band at one point. hope the upcoming album is good!
February 21, 201015 yr From the clip sounds ok but yea there first era is their best and they've been going downhill every step almost although i liked lithium & Call me when your sober but the other release nah. :P
February 21, 201015 yr After Lithium I really thought an awful lot less of them. It was just a formula and it grated on my ears. Edited February 21, 201015 yr by tonyttt31
February 22, 201015 yr I really prefer We Are the Fallen, Ben Moody's new band. Their single "Bury Me Alive" is so good. It's up on their myspace at www.myspace.com/wearethefallen
