After rewatching everything, I have to say that Edge vs. Jericho might actually be my MOTN. Especially the counters to the spear were all great. At least it's very close to HBK vs. Taker.

And Rey vs. Punk probably was one of the best sub-10 minute WWE matches ever.

Rey vs. Punk was awesome. Like you I watched it again the day after, and this Wrestlemania actually wasn't as bad as I originally thought. Edge vs. Jericho is EASILY second best of the night. (behind 'Taker and Michaels imo)

I really shouldn't, but I did watch some of this year's Wrestlemania.

I quite enjoyed the Orton vs DiBiase vs Rhodes three way - would have preferred their fathers doing it 25 years ago but hey ho!

Bret Hart v Vince McMahon was ultimately unnecessary. I guess neither is up to wrestling any more.

you know what? I would have loved to have seen The "New" Hart Foundation (Bret in their corner) vs. Legacy (Vince in their corner) or something. It would havebeen interesting and would have had a better shot at making DiBiase face, than their original idea. But I can't moan when Legacy put on a brilliant Triple Threat.

After RAW, it looks like the Hart Dynasty will have a feud with ShowMiz which should be good. Tyson Kidd is awesome and deserves much more air time.

Also, a great farewell speech by Michaels. I thought this was much better than Flair's sendoff and the "no more matches" sounded genuine. I guess he will be back in some role but I believe him when he says that this was his last match.

And the crowd reaction to Orton was huuuge. :o If they go on like this, he might actually become a bigger face than Cena!

Oh, and everybody should watch SmackDown, even if you don't usually. I read that "something" is happening there. :kink: I need to stop reading spoilers.

Orton will be a bigger face than Cena ever has been because Orton doesn't have this 'you can't wrestle' chant. I think turning Cena heel would make a real change.

Oh and you can't avoid that spoiler. On every website I go it mentions it, it kind of gives it away what happens without even reading it, ha.

Ohhh I missed Raw :(

Glad Hart Dynasty are finally getting a much deserved push! Now for Natalya to get used properly and become the next Womens/Divas Champ. -_-

ARRGHHH! I really wanna see Orton's audience pop now LOL.

Oooh post the spoilers here in spoilers :kink:

I can't wait for that turn, tbh. I think Cena can be a GREAT heel. Just look at the ONS match against RVD. He loved being hated by everyone.

I can see them going for Cena vs. Taker next year at WM. How great would it be if he actually turned during the match and cost Taker the streak by cheating. :w00t:

Here it is:

From 6:50. The pop for the RKOs is immense.

Swagger + MITB

I actually didn't read furhter than that because I want to at least be surprised by how it happens. :P

Cena & Orton actually teaming up now  What a suprise. They are buddies outside. Wrestlemania was unbelievable. Edge/Jericho, HHH/ Sheamus, MITB ( I thought it was good apart from the winner ) & certainly Shawn & Taker was the best of the night. Such a shame Shawn has actually retired. Will see Raw somepoint today maybe.

Orton turning Face is the greatest thing to happen to WWE in recent times. From that video I will say that he is EASILY more popular now than Cena. But that's because Cena peaked as a face a while ago I think. A heel turn for him would spark interest in him again I think.

As much as i like Cena still as a good guy. An heel turn would interesting, they could get him training to be more better to shut up his haters and that. I think it would be very interesting. Although a Cena/Orton tag team would be awesome as well for a bit with comedy thrown in. Not exactly like the Legendary DX but some humour would work.

Plus i just saw Raw and it was Very Very Very touching the farewell of Shawn. I really want to cry about it but can't for some reason. Have done loads but maybe it's the Christian thing of Heaven or that i see it as just wrestling really. I do hope he does show up again one day. Maybe not to go back on his word and wrestle but surely do rare suprise appearances every now & then.

I do agree that it's best to retire as much as he is actually my favourite wrestler ever because he needs to be with family and he's getting too old for it pretty much anyway. :P

Unrelated to Wrestlemania, but...

Source: F4Wonline.com

- Former WWE and WCW star Chris Kanyon was found dead in his apartment in Queens, New York early this morning at age 40. We're still waiting official details but it's believed he died from an intentional overdose of pills, a suicide.

Dayum, that's pretty shocking. His run in WWE wasn't spectacular or anything, but it's always ashame when a wrestler dies. They're always so tainted.

I am 100% sure that Shawn will be back sooner than later in some form. There are several possibilities: special referee for a PPV match, guest host, GM (now that would be great), maybe even commentator, and definately a HOF induction in the next 3 years, IMO.

Yes i read about that and was gonna post something but didn't know where anyone knew him enough to actually mention it but thanks :D
