Bleeding Love and Run are stunning - two of my favourite songs of the noughties - both incredible in my opinion, vocally and production wise :wub:

 

As for the former having no melody, I'm struggling therefore to see how it managed to be a world dominating smash hit and generally regarded as a pop classic. It's one of the most memorable songs of the last five years.

I agree ... with those two songs (although Run is far superior song).

 

Almost everything else she's done has been pretty forgettable though you have to admit. And this latest one is dire.

I don't have a huge opinion on her other singles...they're not the type of songs I would obsess over but are nice enough - like I said before, I love both of her albums but Better In Time, Footprints In The Sand, Forgive Me, Happy and I Got You are basically my five least favourite tracks across the two :lol: this doesn't mean I dislike them, far from it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to any of them. Which certainly isn't the case for Bleeding Love, and in particular Run :wub:

I love Leona but this has been a disappointing era. I still listen to Spirit way more than Echo.

I hate Rihanna's new image. Her new video is awful and all this fake ghettoness doesn't wash with me. I WANT THE OLD RIHANNA BACK.

she is the biggest sucess story of a talent show! so really in a way she deserves all the praise she gets

when your number one in 34 countries with your first single then come back with you critasisms , and that is not directed at you personally but all of the people who are hating on her :) but its your opinion and your entitled to that (:

Alicia Keys for writing and singing the best song so far this year, love it to bits but can't get it out of my head ! :lol:

Christina Aguilera for not releasing her new album yet :(

Shakira for not announcing her European tour dates yet :???:

Rihanna for changing her image and making such a good album :thinking:

Leona Lewis for not being number 1 all the time :drama:

Beyonce for not sending me tickets for her recent tour :nono:

I hate with a passion Jedward, JLS, McFly and Westlife who are all totally non-talented.

Also all the Hip Hop stuff which to me is just a bore and all sounds the same.

Thank God there are others who hate the dirge that is Bleeding Love, it has no rhythm whatsoever and she sounds like a baby bird in the chorus

 

Cant believe theres been no hate for Akon and Jonas Brothers yet?! Jonas Brothers are just dire and are so cocky, and Akon just makes the most generic $h!ite ive ever heard! Right Na Na Na is probably one of the worst songs (is it even a song? it sounds like a bleating baby sheep) ive ever heard and the fact it reached the top 10 is just :no:

Love Leona's music but she really just needs to get herself a personality, she's so boring! Would hate to watch her on tour, would most likely fall asleep :P

There's nothing wrong with being boring if you make good music. Not everyone can be the life and soul of the party.

:heehee: I'm so happy I hated on La Roux before she even started saying bad stuff about other celebs :heehee: Their music is awful (Bar 'Bulletproof' & Another of their album tracks which I can't remember LOL) especially Elly's voice :puke: By far the most annoying and awful voice of the last 10-15 years imo. (Florence follows).

It'd still think Bleeding Love and Run were horrific if they'd flopped on their ass. I don't like her voice, it's nothing to do with her being #1 in a trillion countries. Good for her, i couldn't care less.

 

When you get your head out of leona's ass, then we'll talk. In the mean time if going to listen to Mutya Buena. Sensational voice and i really don't give a $h!t how badly she did in the charts. The chart's aren't the be all and end all.

I Got You is probably my least favorite of Leona's singles. It really should have been left as an album track. Agree with Phil on Better In Time though, i'd say I slightly prefer it to Bleeding Love.

Forgive Me never gets mentioned as a Leona classic. That never should have been allowed to underperform :(

when i got you leaked i thought it would be a great single, but when the whole album leaked i heard better songs on it.
