Poker Face in 15 weeks. That all assumes there's no surge for any of them arising from a television appearance or whatever.

Poker Face has been used in Glee and is also apparently to be used in Britain's Got Talent. That'll speed up its sales a bit.

If Poker Face gets 4 more weeks inside the top 100 it'll overtake the tied #5 for most weeks in the top 100.

1. Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars (139 weeks)

2. Frank Sinatra - My Way (122 weeks)

3. Take That - Rule The World (93 weeks)

4. Kings Of Leon - Sex On Fire (89 weeks)

=5. Flo Rida feat. T-Pain - Low

=5. Kings Of Leon - Use Somebody (both 75 weeks)

...

Lady GaGa - Poker Face (72 weeks)

Sex On Fire has the record for most CONSECUTIVE weeks, with all 89 of its weeks being an unbroken run (it only fell out this week, W/E 5 Jun 2010)

Hence the qualification :D

Maybe Kylie & Jason, Tight Fit and Irene Cara have also managed it?

[94] ESPECIALLY FOR YOU - Kylie Minogue & Jason Donovan (1988) 990,000

[101] THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT - Tight Fit (1982) 978,000

[102] FAME - Irene Cara (1982) 977,000

I'm unsure how they've fared on downloads for the past 5+ years but I'd have thought 'Fame' in particular would've managed it especially considering that dreadful chav remake of the movie that was released last year.

I was thinking Fame however I read somewhere that they had to adjust it's sales from it's original chart run so it's actual sales will be lower than originally thought.

Kylie and Jason have to make the million mark soon, in fact I'm going to down load it right now to bring it that one step closer lol

Bray - 'My Way', by Frank Sinatra, was in the Top 100 for 124 Weeks - not 122.

It Re-Charted - for 2 Weeks in 1994:,

W/E 16th April 1994:,

45-58

'Release Me', by Engelbert Humperdinck, gained a 57th Chart Week

in 2004. That Week is missed by many 'Hits With Most Chart Weeks',

compilers, too.

W/E 12th June 2004:,

51

Both Hits would have Charted for far longer, had there actually been a

UK Top 100, when they were originally in the Charts.....

How much has Eminem 'Lose Yourself' sold? What about 'Hips Don't Lie' and 'Umbrella'?

How did I not notice that?

It's because chartstats lists that entry as a different song - the original 122 weeks run was 'My Way' while the last 2 weeks were 'My Way {1984}'.

That doesn't get it any closer to Snow Patrol's for-the-moment untouchable 139 weeks.

Unless there's another 75 weeker or a 74 weeker I'm unaware of, the top 7 currently stands as:

1 Chasing Cars 139

2 My Way 124

3 Rule The World 93

4 Sex On Fire 90

=5 Low 75

=5 Use Somebody 75

7 Poker Face 73

PF should leapfrog the tie in 3 weeks' time to enter the top 5 unless Low/US get a boost off something. Sex On Fire should also soon make the top 3.

Don't Stop Believin' by Journey is on 64 weeks (including one week where it charted as 'Digital EP' according to chartstats) so that should also be gaining on the top 10.
