Shakilover, what on Earth has Heidi's weight (although she ain't as big as you like to pretend/make her out to be - 'eck Keisha is bigger [but she ain't "fat"]) got to do with this? :mellow: Personal digs, whether it be someone we know or not, is quite cheap and makes you look really pathetic, bitter and jealous imo.

 

I completely agree with what Cremey said. This is pathetic, if you don't say anything positive about Jade, you're automatically a "1.0 loon", if you say something bad about Keisha you're automatically a "4.0 loon" :mellow: WTF?!

Ummm how are they personal digs? It's true, if you look at pictures from 2005 and now she HAS gained weight and she DOES look a lot older.

 

Calling me cheap, bitter, jealous and pathetic are personal digs.

 

And it's not like I stopped liking Beige for her unfortunate physical deterioration, though they certainly didn't help her cause. But her weight gain and aging process coincided with with her giving really bad vocal performances, having less singing parts on songs and in general having a much less significant role in the group. And seeing as she played a part in getting rid of Keisha, I feel justified in having the opinion that she hasn't done the group any good for the last 4 years or so. I really don't know why I should be attacked for having an opinion. I don't expect everyone to agree but I don't expect to be called names either. I've never behaved in that way towards anyone on this forum. ever.

 

And lastly, if you fail to comprehend sarcasm and hyperbole please don't respond to anything I post.

I don't wish to get involved (it's kinda pointless), but Heidi looks much older in some of the candid pictures I've seen. Maybe it's due to stress. I don't know.

 

And she was a little big during 'C&S'. Not fat. People were asking if she was pregnant, though. I know I certainly thought it.

 

She seems to have lost the weight this era but her face looks so old in most pictures.

We only did that because we were getting annoyed at being called 4.0 loons when we're not, so we decided to act like school girls :heehee:

If u dnt like kiesha that don't make you a 4.0 loon and sayin sumink bad bout jade dnt make u a 1.0 loon. I dnt have as much respect for keisha as i did. My fav sugas have always been mutya and heidi. I really hate all this loon $h!t. Just if u like a line-up and lil more than the others dnt make u a loon of the line-up. No matter what line up is ur favorite ur not a loon ur still a sugafan

I don't understand how you can lose respect for someone who was forced out of their band and has maintained their silence over the matter while the other side say nothing other than the Management spined 'It was hard' line. :manson: You are either just inventing the story in your head, had f*** all respect for Keisha or have the intelligence of a tea cup and believe everything the tabloids print. This isn't aimed at anyone in particular, just a general rant.

I still like keisha but I think she should of stuck to here solo album and just leave 4.0 to flop

Mutya wanted to Reform, Keisha wants to get a solo album out. But has said Never Say Never.

Yes. It was Mutya who wanted the reunion, Keisha hasn't ruled it out but is currently working on her solo effort and Siobhan...well, I don't even think she's spoke about anything to do with Sugababes aside from that comment she made where she said 'Sweet 7' may be the first Sugababes album she'd purchase now that Keisha is out.

Earlier this year, it was reported that former band member Mutya Buena had applied to the European Trademarks Authority for ownership of the band's moniker.

 

The present lineup have now filed a notice of opposition to Buena's claim, along with their record label Island Records.

 

Current member Heidi Range has previously stated that the record company owns the name.

 

In a letter to the EU Trademarks Authority, Universal's Island Records wrote that the "similarity of the goods and services" provided by Buena would mean there would be "a likelihood of confusion on the part of the public".

 

If her application is successful, it would mean that she could use the Sugababes name on goods such as CDs, DVDs and books.

 

Sugababes currently consists of Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen.

Anyway, I think Mutya will lose this. But it'll be interesting to see what does happen. Maybe Mutya has a few tricks up her sleeve.

Why are the sugafakes getting involved?? this is between Mutya and co and the record label. The replacements clearly have no claim on the name.
