Gramophonedzie is a tiny amount away from the top ten combined - but then of course you have to factor in other combineable songs, ie Owl City.

 

I still think Gramo can make the top ten on Sunday.

they have just discussed boyzone's new song on alan titchmarsh, most people seem to be of the mind it is a fitting tribute. i expect to see it in the top 10 before the nights out.

Like someone else said, it's the same as Girls Can't Catch. A decent song looking set to do well with decent airplay, let down by the lack of promotion. :(

Have to admit, I'm actually gobsmacked that Tinie Tempah has shot to no. 1 so quickly with a fairly comfortable lead. For me anyways, it's looking set to be the worst no. 1 of 2010 - I really don't get why it's popular. Obviously enough other people like the song so fair enough. It's just this type of song has been done loads of times over the years without getting chart success. What makes Tinie so special I haven't a clue. Maybe it's just a combination of luck and timing.

I think it's poor and should have been left as a track on the album as a tribute to Stephen, not use it as a lead off single to flog their album.

i can see both sides of it, at the end of the day stephen was suppose to be part of the album and comeback, so i guess it is only right he is on the comeback single.

There would have been a fan revolt if they had not used this song as the first single. Having listened to the tracks on the album there are many there that they could have lead with instead, but I think they would have upset Stephen's fans, it would have been as if they had forgotten him. Stephen's fans were angry that they didn't put is picture on the front cover of the album. They did the right thing - their fans understand why they did what they did and thats all thats important.
