I'm still adoring 'Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart', but out of the other tracks, I've moved onto 'Like The Sea' :wub:

TSWABH is an odd one for me - I love it when it's on but I never really get the urge to play it the way I did with DMA when that was first released.

 

This is probably my favourite on the album right now but I also have a massive soft spot for This Bed which should be/should've been a single. Such an underrated song.

I'm loving 'How It Feels To Fly' especially the last chorus. :lol:

 

But UT(IR) is lovely to listen to in bed. :D

Howcome this is getting video play, yet 'Wait Til They see My Smile' is getting a playlisting or two on radio? :unsure: are they label just playing this, until they get a video ready for WTTSMS, so it keeps the album selling? :unsure:

This is not only Alicia Keys's best song, but one of the best songs of the last 10...20...30 years (?) period. Real talk. This song strikes an emotional chord with me unlike anything I've heard in a very, very long time.

It is definitely one of those songs. Her soothing and raw vocals definitely make this track that little bit better. She has so much soul, power and emotion in her voice that people can easily connect with it. How this wasn't given a proper push here in the UK, I will never know. Will go on to be one of her most underrated singles I think.

I really like this song, it pushes emotional buttons, like Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart. That song is just immense though, no song on the album compares to it emotionally, for me. But Un-thinkable is one of my favourites on the album too.
