March 18, 201015 yr Author 103. SWV - Right Here [137.5 points] NOKd_et0A4o The highest placing for SWV, released in 1993 and reached #2 in the US, #3 in the UK, #20 in Australia and #41 in New Zealand. 103. All Saints - Under The Bridge [137.5 points] 2ux0EA-YDGk The other side of the AA side released in 1998 and reached #1 in the UK, #3 in Ireland, #4 in New Zealand, #5 in Australia, #11 in Canada, #12 in the Netherlands, #16 in Sweden and #31 in France.
March 18, 201015 yr Author Headlines reached No.3 in Sweden? :o the support never ends over there  Someone Like Me was one of my least favourite Atomic Kitten singles, short and sweet but nothing amazing. #3 according to wiki yeah..
March 18, 201015 yr Author 102. Mis-Teeq - One Night Stand [139.5 points] peb6Szx9f_E Mis-Teeq's 2nd highest song in the countdown, Released in 2001 and reached #5 in the UK, #17 in Australia, #28 in Ireland and #47 in Belgium. So that's all (but Scandalous) of Mis-Teeq's songs gone, such a shame, a few of them deserved at least Top 100 imo, but will Scanadalous position make up for it? -_-
March 18, 201015 yr Author 101. All Saints - Bootie Call [140.5 points] oHI2WNGRA-k 'Bootie Call' released in 1998 and reached #1 in the UK, #5 in the Netherlands, #9 in Ireland, #31 in Sweden and #40 in Australia. This is my personal fave of all All Saints songs, so I'm really annoyed it just missed out on the top 100! I own this single. <_<
March 18, 201015 yr Bootie Call was another of my least favourite All Saints songs...in fact, aside from Never Ever, War Of Nerves, Pure Shores, Black Coffee and the Studio 1 era, I really wasn't that much of a fan at all... One Night Stand was one of the best Mis-Teeq songs indeed!
March 18, 201015 yr Headlines was awful. As were the other Spice Girls songs from 2000, shame they've made top 100. Gutted at so many All Saints and Mis-Teeq songs falling short of the top 100. Cant Get It Back, One Night Stand, Under The Bridge were all brilliant. Adored Someone Like Me aswell.
March 18, 201015 yr Holler was absolutely abysmal, Let Love Lead The Way was nice enough but neither was #1 worthy, particularly in comparison to the classics...let's hope they finish low in the top 100! Unless I've missed them, I'm very impressed to see the two best Honeyz singles and Say It Again by Precious reach the top 100 here!
March 18, 201015 yr [ON tATu 'Gomenasai'] I was very surprised that most people on this forum, discovered the song through BJSC! :o I think it's my favourite t.A.T.u song. It was always on the Channel4 morning music show "B4" (BRING THAT SHOW BACK  - NOT THE CHANNEL! THE SHOW!) [ON Atomic Kitten 'See Ya'] The first ever AK song I heard and LOVED. I watched it on a CITV show, I think it was called 'Mad For It'... it was such a good show! [ON Atomic Kitten 'Follow Me'] So corny and cheesy, but still remains one of my fave AK songs  125. B*Witched - Jesse Hold On [113 points] B*Witched's 3rd entry (and highest from their second album) Released in 1999 and reached #4 in the UK, #6 in Ireland, #22 in New Zealand, #36 in Sweden, #59 in Australia and #96 in the NetherlandsThis song is sooo underrated :( I love it so much LOL. 123. Solid Harmonie - I'll Be There For You [114.5 points] Solid Harmonie's top song in our countdown, released in 1997 and reached #18 in the UK, #7 in the Netherlands, #9 in Sweden, #10 in Finland and #83 in France.OMG! This is a GIRLBAND CLASSIC! :( SO LOW! Should have been Top 50! 122. Cherish - Killa [116.5 points] Cherish's top song in the countdown, released in 2007 and reached #18 in New Zealand, #39 in the US, #45 in Japan and #52 in the UK. I love this Cherish song, brilliant! :wub:AHHH! Love this song so much. I was expecting pretty big things for 'Killa', I swear it reached like #32 or something on iTunes (Obviously around 'Step Up 2''s release... but such a low peak/position in the countdown too, for such an ace song! 113. Destiny's Child - Cater 2 U [126 points] The 4th entry for DC, released in 2005 and reached #7 in New Zealand, #14 in the US and #15 in Australia. 113. Girls Aloud VS Sugababes [126 points] The first Girls Aloud entry, and second Sugababes entry. The two bands released this for Comic Relief in 2006 and reached #1 in the UK and #14 in Ireland.'Cater 2 U' was so underrated and is one of my fave DC songs. 'Walk This Way' pleasently high. I was sure this would be at least 20 places lower or something. I love it in a "Guilty Pleasure" sorta way. I love Girls Alouds cheesy covers though. 111. Atomic Kitten - You Are [128.5 points] Released in 2001 and reached #13 in New Zealand, #24 in Belgium, #31 in Germany, #40 in Switzerland, #46 in Austria, #52 in Sweden and #86 in France. 111. Sugababes - Girls [128.5 points] Sugas 3rd entry on the countdown, Released in 2008 and reached #3 in the UK and #12 in Ireland.I'm appalled that one of the best Pop songs ever recorded has come joint, at a very low position, with quite possibly one of the worst pop songs ever recorded! ERGH! 'You Are' deserved top 5! I don't think it'd have come this low in this countdown had the release been scrapped! 107. Atomic Kitten - Cradle [132 points] Originally planned to be released in 2000 with Kerry, but eventually released in 2005 as their last single (before the one off single in 2008) reached #10 in the UK and #46 in Ireland.Aww. I've always loved this AK track. I remember for one christmas I got a video of them in concert and this was the highlight. I can't believe we've got practically the whole Girls Aloud back catalogue to come! Even the biggest fan should admit that songs like "See The Day", "I Think We're Alone Now", "Long Hot Summer", "Life Got Cold" etc. should have shown up by now?I agree with that list, apart from 'I Think We're Alone Now' 102. Mis-Teeq - One Night Stand [139.5 points] Mis-Teeq's 2nd highest song in the countdown, Released in 2001 and reached #5 in the UK, #17 in Australia, #28 in Ireland and #47 in Belgium. So that's all (but Scandalous) of Mis-Teeq's songs gone, such a shame, a few of them deserved at least Top 100 imo, but will Scanadalous position make up for it? -_-ERGH! SO and TOO LOW! This is one of the tracks that reminds me of my secondary school days! (Along with the likes of City High and Afroman! HAHA) Definately Mis-Teeq's best.
March 19, 201015 yr Headlines was amazing :( Mis Teeq's All I Want should be at least top 50  Suprised Long Hot Summer hasn't appeared yet or Sexy No No No since they are pretty much awful.
March 19, 201015 yr 'Sexy No! No! No' will be on eof the higher GA tracks. Well I hope and think! LOL It's one of their best! :o
March 19, 201015 yr 'Sexy No! No! No' will be on eof the higher GA tracks. Well I hope and think! LOL It's one of their best! :o Cheryl's intro is amazing - if her solo album was based entirely around that intro it would have been the best thing since sliced bread  but then it descends into utterly generic Xenomania by numbers and isn't anything overly special (well, in comparison to other GA classics, I still really like it!)
March 19, 201015 yr Author I'm giving nothing away, but personally Sexy! No No No... is my best song out of all 310 :D
March 19, 201015 yr Life Got Cold is one of my favourites, I'm with you on the others though! Soldier was dire for me, by far my least favourite DC single, and not because of the featured rappers, I just didn't find it particularly individual like Lose My Breath was I suppose everyone has a favourite of their less known singles. It just seems a bit skewed towards Girls Aloud (or indeed the newer girl groups) when we've got some of the better singles by Mis-Teeq, All Saints, SWV etc. gone already. "Soldier" is a little bit generic urban I guess, but that sort of thing does it for me. I agree with that list, apart from 'I Think We're Alone Now' I love the Tiffany version, but Girls Aloud didn't do such a great job imo. Disappointed to see "Under The Bridge" miss out on the top 100, I definitely prefer it to the original (it's female, of course I do) and think it should be a bit higher. Also sad to see "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)" out already, but I know it's not exactly popular here. (or indeed anywhere - except Sweden it seems!) I'd go as far as to say it's in my top 5 Spice Girls singles. (after "Too Much", "Viva Forever", "Stop" and "Say You'll Be There") Oh - and "Sexy! No No No..." is the best Girls Aloud song. End of.
March 19, 201015 yr The best GA song imo is Something Kinda Oooh. I've played it 125 times, No Good Advice is the only other song in my 250 most played and it just scrapes in at 246 but having the same number of plays as 250 :o If there is any justice a Sugababes track will win this, preferably Freak, Push The Button or About You Now. Nothing GA has ever done can come close to the godliness of those three tracks
March 19, 201015 yr Author It's kinda annoying knowing whats gonna win! anyways I probably won't have time to start the top 100 til Monday, sorry :(
March 19, 201015 yr If there is any justice a Sugababes track will win this, preferably Freak, Push The Button or About You Now. Nothing GA has ever done can come close to the godliness of those three tracks I prefer The Promise, Sound Of The Underground, The Loving Kind and Love Machine to all of those :kink:
