March 23, 201015 yr I knew they were pissed off that Keisha had been sacked, like very pissed off, so it doesn't really surprise me tbh. now they can't afford the big producers they'll have to go crawling back hat in hand to the old ones
March 23, 201015 yr I don't know, I think they may release a single just to test America. But It wouldn't suprise me.
March 23, 201015 yr This could be a blessing in disguise, hopefully now they will go back to those they used to work with (eg. Dr Luke) and produce some quality Sugababe material.
March 23, 201015 yr Which beggers the question of why signing them in the first place then? 3.0 was signed to Roc Nation. The label disapproved of the line-up change, and then the two singles failing to do much in the UK charts [Their strongest market traditionally] and then the album tanking, would have led to them being dropped. Roc Nation would have hoped for a lot more than #14 and 11k. Mutya was dropped for better sales and a better peak under the guise of her last 2 singles doing f*** all, which is Islands fault for picking $h!tty release dates and the wrong songs and her managers fault for $h!tty promo [Her management at the time were Crown. Who she realised were c**ts and she told them to do one] VV Brown and Gab Cilmi are also Crown managed. The former has no chart success and the latter owes it all to a bloody deodorant advert.

March 23, 201015 yr Can't say that I'm surpised but anyway. Hopefully on their next album they go back that distinctive Suga sound.
March 24, 201015 yr They've been removed from the Roc Nation website, so it looks like they have been.
March 24, 201015 yr They should test miss everything in America see how t does There's no real point....it doesn't even sound like then, its basically 3 computerised voices singing a few verses, with the song basically owned by Sean Kingston. Its hardly a good introduction of their sound and image to the US market. IMO the best thing they could do in terms of cracking America is keep 'About A Girl', 'She's A Mess' and 'Crash and Burn' and put them on the first album they release Stateside (if ever).
March 24, 201015 yr f*** the United States, it'd be a better idea to regain their UK fan base and sell more than 11,000 copies of their next album
March 24, 201015 yr 11,499 copies after this week ACTUALLY -_- The good thing from this bombing is, it's more than likely to be in HMV's infamous "2 for £10" offer soon along with 'Wordshaker' so I now have my two that I can buy :cheer:
March 30, 201015 yr Author I love how they're denying having been signed to roc nation after they kept talking about it in every interview. Just makes them look even more stupid...

March 30, 201015 yr The most hilarious thing about it is that now Keisha is apparently about to sign to this label. She really is the classic soap arch-villain, lmao.
March 30, 201015 yr Does this mean they have no recording deal anymore and that no new singles will be released until they get a new record contract?
