I would have voted for Fancy Free had it not been remixed. The original version is great. :)
Fancy Free was terrible for the record... I absolutely agree with Rich! Gwen is MUCH more than that borefest.

Gwen is fantastic  I always end up loving everything she does, no matter how awful it seems to start with! Fancy Free would be far too pedestrian for Gwen, much like how Not Myself Tonight is far too pedestrian for Christina Aguilera :magic:

Maybe the remix just made it sound pedestrian to me though, will go and hunt out the original now...

Ok, just listened to the original, I definitley prefer it, the chorus stands out more than in that remix in my opinion. Still nowhere near Gwen worthy though, the chorus is good but the rest of the song is limp. Gwen usually keeps me engaged from start to finish
I like Gwen but my god she's had some awful moments - Wind It Up :puke2: Cool is her best song by miles

Wind It Up.  Never thought a Sound Of Music sample could sound so great.

What You Waiting For, Rich Girl, Hollaback Girl and Wind It Up are ALL probably in my Top 40 songs of all-time in that order!

Welcome to the Buzzjack Song Contest from The Federal Republic of Ashton!

For your information, the Songs of the Buzzjack Song Contest thread will tell you if a particular track has been entered before. ;) If in doubt aboutif a song has been entered before or anything else in general, the Forums mods are just a PM away or a plea for help in either the Songs of Thread or Green Room will get noticed and someone will be able to answer your query.

I know that these two are quite known, but what do people think of this:

I've just listened that 30 minutes ago in Hip-Hop/R'n'B Forum...and I liked it.

That's where I discovered it  Already in love with it

Paramore is my favorite band, Hayley Williams is just  This makes me think that Hayley should do solo stuff more often - not on her own, as that could get in the way of the band, but maybe feature on some more tracks

Brilliant choice!

Would definitely get a lot of points from me if you decided to send it. I've never been a fan of Paramore, but Hayley's voice is stunning in 'Airplanes' and B.o.B is amazing.

"Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars"

you won't be seeing airplanes in a while :P

I don't like it at all but it's not really my preferred genre anyway. ;)
Fantastic choice. :cheer: I had no idea this existed. Thank you.

Thanks :D I have to say that I hadn't listened to "Alors On Danse" in full before, and the first time I did, I found it much better than I expected :)

The Good Natured Tours

The Kingdom of Shadow's entry into BJSC 26 today touched down in Bignia-Zaragovina, country new to the BJSC, to kick off her World tour. The singer known as Sarah McIntosh by day, is enterring the contest for her third time having previously appeared for the Great Kingdom in XIV and Mdice in XXII. She failed to qualify for her first attempt but luckily, with no semi-finals this time round, that won't be happening again! McIntosh chose to kick off her tour here to show her support for 'Airplanes' which features Hayley Williams of Paramore; 'I know Paramore are huge in the Great Kingdom and I think this track will go down really well there as well as across the BuzzJack world. It's also really great to have new countries bringing fresh new music into the contest!'. Whilst in the country, Sarah performed two tracks, first her forthcoming single which finished 2nd BJSC XXII and then her XXVI entry 'Fortune Teller'.
