According to one report it was on BGT another one said it was a Facebook campaign. It could be a Facebook campaign based on hearing it on BG i guess.

It's for a couple of reasons, a facebook campaign was launched by Glasgow Rangers fans who were fundraising for Erskine Hospital for ex-servicemen & women. The song is the unofficial anthem of the club and fans were asked to download the single and also to donate to Erskine, the song was adopted as a tribute to the people at Erskine Hospital.

 

This weekend Rangers have an opportunity win the league and the fans are pushing for the song to be No1 this weekend, it's fun for the fans but also helps publicise & support a very worthwhile cause!
