I wonder will kylie do some tv kind of special to lauch this album, as her last 3 studio albums have got an itv show to promote the album.
Really nice, luxurious looking cover. Has a real classy feel to it.

Hopefully this album will be strong and consistent, having all the good points of X throughout.

Hmm... for me, the less it resembles X, the better...

And act as gifts for those who just endured exams :D

In my case, that'd be about 25 years too late... :P

You're a Kylie fan. It's Never Too Late

As far as album covers go, this is very traditional for Kylie standards. I'm not feeling it to be honest. But hey, it's all about the content...

Taio Cruz has revealed that he submitted two tracks for Kylie Minogue's new album.

Cruz has written for the Sugababes, Leona Lewis and JLS, but was recently asked to submit songs for the Australian singer's new LP Aphrodite.

Speaking exclusively to DS, he said: "Her team asked me to write for her, and they played me some music in the direction they wanted to go in, so I went off and tried to create music in that vein.

"I ended up submitting a couple of songs for her, one of which was on hold the last time I heard. I don't know if anything else is going to make the cut on her album yet."

Cruz has also been working with Rihanna, McFly and The Saturdays on their upcoming musical projects.

so does that mean that one song will be on it or that it might be on it?
I dont know for sure, the way i read it was one song has made the album and he doesnt think any others have but again im not sure.
The cover is gooooooood, lead single has the right summery feel (from the 30secs clip!) now all we need is decent promotion, buzz and a decent video!

CD WOW has the album for pre order and this is what they have said about it its €8.99

"Mark July 5th 2010 in your diary because the Princess Of Pop returns with her 11th studio album and her first since 2007's 'X'. To say this is highly anticipated by her fans would be somewhat of an understatement after her website crashed when a 30 second preview of the single 'All The Lovers' was made available!

'Aphrodite' is a call to dancefloor and sees her working with Stuart Price, who worked with Madonna on 'Confessions On A Dance Floor', the Scissor Sisters, Calvin Harris and RedOne, who has worked with Lady Gaga.

With the demand already off the hook, coupled with the calibre of collaborators on 'Aphrodite', this is set to be one of the biggest pop albums of 2010. Welcome back Kylie!

Play.com also have it up for pre release where its €11.99 and they have also listed a special dvd version at €15.49.

Big enough difference in price between cd wow and play.com

Ooh, she's done a RedOne track. His bubble has kind of burst now, hopefully they cooked up something sleek and different though.

YAY for a special edition version with bonus DVD.

I preordered the special edition from Amazon, can't wait! The 30sec clip of All The Lovers is my ringtone haha.
i'm so excited about this new release... hopefully it will incorporate the best points of 'X', but with a Jake Shears twist. It always puzzled me as to why she didn't work with him for X... you know, natural progression and all that. the preview of 'All the Lovers' sounds brilliant, love the name 'Aphrodite' and the cover too... i really feel like this will be a Kylie summer :cheer:
In todays sundays mirror it mentioned kylie's new album saying its out in july and its great to have her back they said the new album will be "as camp as christmas" and that the way we love it. I have to say i agree.
