I would have liked one ballad top be honest, as kylie has done some brilliant ballads sich bittersweet goodbye and fragile which both fitted in beautifuly on light and fever.

Its a love or hate type song but i think anyone that likes it loves it.

Apparantly Kylie has picked all the songs herself that have made the album according to todays sun newspaper.

I'm glad. Last time there was way too much record company involvement with what songs were chosen and there were unplesant fall-outs with certain producers because they didn't include their tracks when they claimed they would.

I agree with that and kylie herself wasnt happy with that outcome so this time its kylie's choice all the way which is great.

By only hearing what I've heard of LY, I agree. It took 'Fever' to reconvert my fondness for Kylie. The LY era stinks.

 

I like the idea of the album, would've been nice to see Kylie have more input in the song writing, but she's not all about that. 'X' was a very 'patchy' album but this forthcoming album sounds like it's gonna be the dogs. I liked Kylie's slow ones during the deconstruction era, but not her more recent ones.

i think light years is one of more consistent albums and apart from koocachoo the album is brilliant.

Light Years is an amazing album.

I have to agree with that, light years never fails to put a very big smile on my face, its also the perfect album for this lovely hot summer weather.
