December 14, 201212 yr In my opinion they never were good with ballads. Their strength was uptempo strong pop singles, and it was these style of singles that usually did well for them. Their ballad singles may not be their best but they have some amazing ballad album tracks such as Sometimes (Three), Mended by You (Change) and the amazing Catfights and Spotlights ballad trilogy: Unbreakable Heart - Sunday Rain - Every Heart Broken.
December 15, 201212 yr UGLY. Obviously. Lyrically and melodically rubbish. That's one of their best! :o I think that No Can Do is their worst song though, what a terrible song. :puke:
December 15, 201212 yr EXACTLY. Ugly never grew on me and it makes me cringe even more than it did back then. That cheesefest just didn't suit them at all.

December 15, 201212 yr Freederm isn't a horrific song per say. However when you compare it to everything else that 1.0-3.0 recorded it's a steaming pile of shite. It's on par with the half arsed shit that 4.0 flopped with. I adore Ugly. As a song it means a lot to me and together with Stronger they are my go to tracks when life isn't smooth sailing.

December 18, 201212 yr Ugly is easily my least favourate of the Taller era, not sure about all time. Soul Sound, Ugly, Push The Button and No Can Do are the singles that don't click at all with me.
