I really like Umbrella Beach. It's ashame it isn't doing better.

To be fair he's not doing any promo over here for it and the song itself is $h!t. 'Fireflies' only got to #1 because it was an unexpected smash all over the world. 'Vanilla Twilight' or 'Saltwater Room' should have been released.

 

Umberella Beach will only be succesful if it manages to sell the album at all.

 

I really like it :lol: Not as much as Fireflies but far more than anything else on the samey mish-mash of an album. I can't even remember how those two tracks you mentioned go off the top of my head :drama: I was hoping Umbrella Beach would go top 40 at least, it's the only song that's vastly different to Fireflies, thanks to those clubby synths.

Candy is so close to top 10.Hopefully it will end up there very soon! Can someone post that PopUp thing and include Candy in it so i can see is it close to This ain't a love song?

I can guarantee if you loved Propane Nightmares, one of the following scenarios will occur:

 

1. You'll love Watercolour too (as you should).

2. You'll instantly compare Watercolour to Propane Nightmares given they have almost identical structure, and dislike Watercolour because it is in essence a weaker Propane Nightmares.

I really hope she gets Top 40 by tomorrow then Radio 1 will be forced to play Bittersweet during the Mid week chart rundown.Why is she not promoting really hard this week, very odd.

I used to be a fan of Pendulum and quite like the new song but it is really a shot down in quality and originality of their material: nothing new in the song, if you expect a 'safe' comeback then here it is.

Yep, this could turn out to be a shock hit, esp. after that bad start on Sunday. Also, tonight, I'm buying Watercolour, Salt In The Wounds, Watercolour (Emalkay Remix) & Watercolour (DeadMau5 Remix). It's Pendulum tonight at my house, drinks on me. :D
