I just want to say that I think this week has had the best iTunes top 40 of the year so far. I found February and March pretty dire, but I like almost every song at the moment.

 

Also, I heard Your Love is My Drug on the radio yesterday. I'm surprised, but pleased, that it's already getting some radio airplay. It should be rising from now on I suspect.

 

And nice to see Ridin' Solo back in the top 40, yet again! :D Hopefully it'll actually chart in the top 40 next week...

absolutely ridiculous that stereo love was deleted - do they really want people to illegally dload it elsewhere - it needs a dload release next week i think!!same with thwe BOB/bruno mars song - another version of it is rising fast!!

 

I hope they release B.O.B Nothing on You a week early I can see the other version being Top 100 soon.It would be great if Train, Lady Antebellum, Kevin Rudolf and Alex B all climbed high enough to enter the Top 40 Sunday chart and Radio 1 would be forced to play lots of tunes not on the playlist.It gives me hope that Sophie could do well next week, she is so good live.

All of these are pretty hard to call actually, particularly Cascada and Sophie, they both have flop written all over them but this seems to be the year of the unexpected top ten hit so who knows...I don't think either will go that high though.

It's a straight out battle between Roll Deep and Pendulum IMO. Pendulum FTW but I think Roll Deep will hold on.

there doing well on pre-orders- although I know physicals aren't particularly important- but Train seem to be doing very well in Ireland, usually that indicates at least top 15 hit here, although I do agree that none will probably get number 1
