Posted April 24, 201015 yr Earlier this week Britney Spears manager Adam Leber asked fans via Twitter if they’d like to see a Britney themed episode on the hit musical TV show Glee, and word has gotten back to the shows creator Ryan Murphy who has now expressed his interest in making it happen. “I’m interested in the Britney Spears idea. I’ve always loved her. I’m entertaining it. I think young kids would like that.” Not only is Ryan looking into bringing the Queen B to life for Glee, but he’s also interested in doing an episode on crazy rocker Courtney Love! “I actually ran into Courtney Love the other day and talked to her,” says Murphy. “She’s interested. I would love to have the kids do a Courtney Love episode one day.” But he stresses that with all of these artists it really all comes down to the music and how it fits in the Glee universe. “The key is the songs in the catalogue have to have a certain degree of theatricality,” says Murphy. Glee's website asked Britney fans which artist's music should star in their next program, and Britney won! By a landslide!:) Now Glee is asking what song should be performed! April 27, 201015 yr Author 'Baby' would be good, but I can't help but feel 'Womanizer' would work the best as a glee track! I'm so dying to hear that! Ooft. The guys could do a version of Justin's 'SexyBack' whilst the girls comeback at them with 'Womanizer'! AHHH! Amazing.
