They done a really stupid thing deleting the album version of All Night Long, just to add the remix which is already avaliable, to her album.

I do think that was daft of them to remove the version that was actually in the top 10, especially as the single version was climbing and adding more sales anyway. If it struggles to get back into the top 10 on here it WILL harm her.

Even if it doesn't climb this week because of this, it's still got a #8 peak which is still highly respectable with all things considered.

lol dont blame her blame syco

What can you do with Syco, it is a room full of goats sitting around one computer screen. It really makes no sense but what can you do.Lets hope Alex has more promo this week and that the single keeps climbing.

That's not true - they just added the album again with an additional track (the Pitbull version of ANL) and decided the old one had no use so they deleted it, causing all the tracks from it to disappear

Like what they did when adding She's Always A Woman to Fly Yellow Moon (Fyfe Dangerfield)

The same also happened when The Fame Monster was added to iTunes replacing The Fame - all the Lady GaGa album tracks disappeared and had to reclimb

The Alex-only version is also still available to buy.

Ah, I see. I just assumed they'd swapped them as I couldn't see the original high up on iTunes. I still don't agree with removing the whole alum from iTunes, I can't see the point of having the same song on the album twice. It seems like a lot of fuss.

oh dear this is not good for all night long. This is actually terrible...

Surprised to see that the album version still isn't in the top 1000 yet, has it been blocked from picking?
surely this is going to mean the sales actually bomb? i don't see what they thought they'd get out of doing it?
I'll be back when All Night Long is Top 20, would sooner avoid Trolls on Parade.

I think it was utter madness.

1. They actually deleted the whole album and uploaded a new one with the all night long single remix with pitbull and still has the normal all night long on too so both can still be bought.

2. So not only will all night long figures be negatively effected so will the album sales as it was at about #41 and now not in top 200.

3. "The top 10 effect" meant that she was getting more sales then not being in top 10, now not benefiting from it.

The question i put forward is, are they mad?

Peak of #8 may be best it can get now unless big rise back in to top 10 by tonight, which isnt looking likely.

However you can put forward the argument that if people wanted the song they would find the song so really it doesnt matter much, but hey i still think it was a very bad decision for ANL.

+ LOL at marrb, who are you refering to as trolls? Wierd person.

If i was a fan i'd be furious.

I remember they did same with leona's run when it was at #1, they just deleted it and i thought this is so bad but that shot straight back up to #1 anyway so didnt change much :D lol
