Nope they have been able to go on other mp3 players for quite a while now, although you always could if you knew what you were doing on a computer :D

Once you Click on the link, iTunes 9 (if you have it) will appear, if you never used the Pop. Bars on iTunes 9, you click on the spare bar and tick popularity, it worked for me ;)
