IMHO. Eminem hasn't been relevant since 'Lose Yourself'. I've never had underwhelming love for the man but he had some gems in his early career. Since 'Sing For The Moment' everything he's released has been nothing short of an abomination. I can't completly justify my opinions as I haven't listened to any of his albums but judging him by his single releases - he just seems to rehash the same issues over and over as if it still makes him controversial, whilst completly oblivious to the fact that his music has become sh!te. People just keep buying because he seems to have entered into the U2/Kylie/Madonna etc category where he could release himself taking a dump and it'd be lapped up.

Imo, Eminem's really turned it around this era.

I just think it's hilarious how everyone is saying how dreadful he is and as soon as his new single with Rihanna takes off (which it inevitably will, as it's amazing) everyone on here will suddenly love him. Hmmm.

 

'Recovery' is about a million times better than 'Relapse'...

I completely disagree. 'Not Afraid' is his best release since 'Mockingbird' (IMO). I really need to hurry and listen to the RiRi duet though. I heard the P!nk duet but was underwhelmed, I really hope it's not the case with RiRi :(

Paparazzi did so well, and selled the album incredibly, which is what alejandro will continue to do for the fame monster i think.
