CIM is awesome, should have sold more but it is a enduring classic for her.

Never Too Late is #134 on the Best Selling Female Solo Hits of the 80's, selling 183,000 copies in that decade (it was still charting in the 90's - only a tad though)
Some of those sales for classic hits like BTDYK seem very low considering how popular it is as a Kylie song. Obviously, overall single sales must have been low around that time as it BTDYK did spend 2 weeks at no2 and 4 weeks in the top5 if I remember rightly.

Just posted this in the main chart forum bit and thought it might be of interest here...

Gallup gave Y/E figures for Kylie/ Jason in both 88 & 89 (their total was listed as separate entries to their solo work) of 555k in 88 and 289k in 89 making 844k in total for the decade. Yet on the top 100 best sellers of the 90s it it No 15 with sales of something like 985k approx. The conclusion must be that Gallup used record company figures as opposed to over the counter sales (though why they should do this is a mystery as they had access to the figures). Similarly the black box figure on the decade end chart is about 50k higher than it's 1989 total (may be a shipment figure or a record comapny figure) but either way the sales position is far from clear.

Got to Be Certain is #80 on the Best Selling Female Solo Hits of the 80's, selling 271,000 copies in that decade

On the Best Selling Female Solo Hits of the 1980's...

46. Loco-motion - 354,000

54. Wouldn't Change a Thing - 329,000

75. Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi - 284,000

Therefore, I would change Wouldn't Change a Thing to 340,000 for it's total sales to date, rather than the 325k we have at the mo :D
