I thought it would be Joe too, Jo is the female spelling of the name, although I guess that's sort of a play on the fact she is a woman and he's a male alter-ego, so they use the female spelling instead of the male spelling. And he definitely looks like a farmer/cowboy, probably something to do with the theme of the song and video.

Apparently those are the rumours flying around right now... I'm sure it'll either be that/VMA performance or the tour announcement/details.

Hopefully it'll be either of the latter two from those three then. Can't imagine her hosting, though it'd be funny to watch considering how awkward she can be at times. Bless.
