That's by far the worst song on the album!

It absolutely has to be 'Marry The Night'. I just can't see anything else working at all. I suppose 'Hair' but that's just so childish.

I think Government Hooker, Fashion of his love and Bad kids Could all make Amazing Videos! :D

According to people over at Digital Spy the next single is Bloody Mary! I do hope so : )

The only singles left on the album are Hair and Marry The Night

'Bloody Mary' would be amazing! It's different to what she's released before and could actually do very well.

Please don't let it be "Bloody Mary" or "You And I" - they are the worst tracks on the album :puke: I'd love 'Americano' or 'Schiesse' to be released - I think 'Americano' would be better as a 4th single as it's more summery, and then maybe 'Schiesse' as a 5th single and 'Marry The Night' as a 6th single if there is one. :D

RUMOUR MILL

2) On July 8th a well known insider on twitter, @jeff1317, who broke the story about the mermaid scenes being scrapped for the EOG video among others, tweeted that the rumour that Americano will be the next single and a continuation of the Telelphone video is false.

3) In an interview she did when she was in Taiwan (on the youtube link skip to the 3.45 mark) they start discussing her next video, she says that;

 

"I haven't been excited for a video like this in a really long time, the relation of the video to my real life aswell as to my dream of the future is what really what makes it special. Part of what Born This Way is all about is choosing to live halfway between reality and fantasy at all times, and how anyone can do that, so this video really, really challenges that idea and also celebrates it and it's really exciting...I will also say that Yuyi is in incubation."

 

Yuyi is the name of her mermaid persona that she used for the EOG performance on Le Grand Journal and was supposed to appear in the EOG video.

 

She has mentioned on twitter that Bloody Mary is the song about her living halfway between reality and fantasy. Also, going by what she said here, about it "being her dream of the future" the theme doesn't really fit with Yoü and I.

 

 

On twitter in response, however it has been used to $h!t stir the rumour that Yoü and I is the next single.

Also, 11 hours ago on her tumblr, she uploaded a pic of herself from the Le Grand Journal performance; and in the caption she has spelt Yuyi with the Lüc Carl inspired ü. Another indication.

And there are current rumours that Universal Japan Media has 'confirmed' that Yoü and I is in fact the new single. Still waiting on official word.

 

Other speculation;

 

- MTV used Heavy Metal Lover to represent GaGa for their "Best Song of the Year So Far" poll on their website (which won) which suggests it could be the new single.

- This week GaGa was interviewed by ChannelNine Entertainment from Thailand where she confirmed she will be visiting there, and at the end of the interview, she said "I love you, it's all about you and I" Further fuel to the fire?

Please, not 'Yoü And I' or 'Bloody Mary'. :(

My 2 favourites on the album (out of the non-singles) are Marry The Night and Hair, but it looks like it could be Bloody Mary or You and I - I'm not sure how I feel about that if it is the case.

I really hope it's not 'Yoü & I', it's a nice album track, but nowhere near the best on the album, and not single material.

PLEASE let it be Bloody Mary then, but I've got a horrible feeling it's You & I :( It's the worst on the album. Though it's still an 8/10 it'd be the worst single of her career!

I feel like the only one who wouldn't mind You & I. While some songs like Bad Kids, Bloody Mary & Heavy Metal Lover took a few listens or more to grow, I found You & I very instant. Anything apart from Government Hooker, Americano, Electric Chapel or the bonus tracks would please me.

Looks like Yoü and I is a lock for next single; she just performed it in Australia in a wheelchair, dressed in her Yüyi mermaid costume that will feature in the new video.

Ugh. Yoü & I is dreadful and easily my least favourite from the standard album. It still reminds me of something Shania Twain would have released ten years ago. I love Bloody Mary but it's definitely not a single either.

As for her worst single, unquestionably 'Telephone'...
