Yes, that would be the feed reversal that happens every single week and always causes comments like this.

All the newies have fallen, by the time it update they'll all be higher than they've ever been.

Also, Yolanda Be Cool is number 2 on the iTunes album chart. Most people must be buying the full EP as it's 99p for 1 track or £1.79 for 7!

Maybe, but the Digital Album Chart is nothing as important as the Digital Single Chart in terms of sales, so it won't be enough to stop de Disease spreading.

I'm not overly keen on 'We speak no Americano' but that would do for #1 this week :)

 Why can't Eliza be @ 5 instead :( Great for Eliza tho, top 40 in just nine hours :o
Come on 3OH!3! So hope it's big, Eliza is already pretty much guaranteed to beat the peak of "Skinny Genes". Could we have four new top 10 entires this week?

Only if we could arrest JLS for inflicting ear-rape on us all. I bet the fangirls enjoy it though. <_<

I might have to abandon this thread until TCIA declines. Probably around Wednesday then.

I want a third week at #1 for Katy :( looks unlikely because of JLS :drama:
And I want YBC for #1 (because KP *and* JLS are terrible). Bought the EP, it's a bargain so I'm sure what's happening :)
Has anyone's feed reverted yet?

Not mine unfortunately, I've had JLS @ 10 and Eliza @ 45 for the past hour and a half now :(

I wonder who will get a boost from T4

Maybe....

Kelis

Ellie Goulding

JLS

The Saturdays (Doubtful)

Alexandra Burke

Maybe get them a few more sales (:

I remember last year, the saturdays got a boost on itunes, because Up went back into the top 200 and so did JCGE (:

Is it technically correct to describe the above as EP's though? They generally seem to contain what used to be on Maxi-CD's, and those weren't called EP's...

I only credited them to what iTunes credited them as. Jeez, no need to be so pedantic.

Wouldn't it be funny if iTunes had one of its legendary freezes for the WHOLE day

Funny wouldn't be a word I'd use to describe that. -_-

This seems to more than the standard iTunes re-adjustment. This could be an allday freeze - it is independence day stateside, so they could be applying a global patch or something.

BYE BYE KATY AT #1.

finally !!! Horrible song !!! :puke2:

It freezes at Christmas and Easter, so it's entirely plausible.

Because JLS's song is much better. -_-

We could officially be heading for the worst no. 1 of 2010 - possibly the worst UK no. 1 of the year if 'The Club Is Alive' gets to the top. Further proves how $h!te 2010 has been overall for no. 1 singles.

I'm usually a big supporter of British music but this year has been absolutely abysmal for British music. Ironically, the best British hits I've heard this year failed to top the UK charts. Go figure!!! It's all about the Americans...again (like 2009).
