There MUST be something wrong with her management. I mean, how can you have two consecutive albums by the same artist charting at #3 and #103. :(

It flopping horribly was inevitable considering the complete and utter lack of success with the singles but missing the top 100 completly having previously been such a success is just awful, and just shouldnt happen really.

I've decided now that I shall stop making it public which female artists I support, they all seem to flop nowadays. Natasha joins the pile of Poor BRAVE Nadine/Duffy/Alesha.

Oh dear, what an epic fail :( Good album, could/should have done better. While it's not as good as Unwritten or NB, it's fairly solid, if with a bit of filler.
Ouch. I'm surprised that she maintained relatively big success in the US for 4 or 5 years though. Guess it's back to the UK for another try now but I really can't see her being big here again. Her music is much the same style as always but the market's changed quite a bit.
I was counting on her US success/profile to maybe keep her going over here but as she doesn't have that anymore I guess the album will probably be low top 75 upon release here. :(

I think the opposite, she may want to put more effort into the UK release, now that her career in the US is tumbling.

That's as maybe, but I can only see her struggling with stuff like radio support. I'll still definitely be buying the album when it's released here of course, she always has my support.

She should release a mix of the albums 'Pocketful of sunshine' and 'Strip me' in the UK.

'Pocketful of sunshine' is THE song that could relaunch her popularity in the UK.

I still don't get why they never released that song here, it was a real missed opportunity and I know it could've done huge things if released here around late 2008 as planned. Everyone I introduced it to really liked it as well! :(

It still isn't too late for Pocketful. If they did a hybrid album the tracklist should be something like this:

01 Put Your Arms Around Me

02 Pocketful of Sunshine

03 Love Like This

04 Angel

05 Piece Of Your Heart

06 All I Need

07 Touch

08 Strip Me

09 Neon Lights

10 Weightless

11 Try

12 Break Thru

That would be pretty incredible really. They never will of course.

The CD arrived of this today, so much better in HQ than that dodgy webrip. And the version of All I Need is different too, it features Kevin Rudolf literally singing the chorus of Let It Rock in it

I agree, it really shouldn't be wasted.

I think she's quite good... Doesn't really deserve to flop quite as much as she is now tbh. :(

She's just not a relevant artist anymore.

Shame though. -_-

The promotion was just dotted all over the place, Touch was a terrible single choice with a bad video, and radio didn't pick up on either single whatsoever. It's a shame it flopped so hard, I personally dont like the album as much as PFOS but still have time for Natasha. Maybe had she chose a better first single and hyped it up instead of just releasing it to Itunes out of the blue it might have at least had a better start.
Touch a 'terrible single choice'? Don't make me laugh...
My understanding is how "Touch" was released WAY to early. Like, they just put it on iTunes and labelled it as a promo single when realistically it OWNS the disgrace that is "Strip Me"!
I am listening to the album now. I will give an opinion later on. I adored her NB/Pocketful of sunshine era. Never took to her Unwritten era apart from the title track.

This Album is
