Neither of us have got a cat in hell's chance of winning I don't expect but I'd love it if we both finished next to each other, preferably mid-table and not bottom of the table though  6/1 was a bit generous, not because I don't think it's good because it's very good imo, but since when did foreign language songs make a habit of coming top 3...apart from that Girls Aloud Can't Speak French translation from back in the day of course :heehee:

Looks like 6/1 was spot on :o

$h!t of death, it's the first foreign song to finish top3 since CSF iirc

Rich's 30/1 for JAMORA was pretty close too.

That's some good estimating there :P.

Indeed, I couldn't have been much more wrong  The chances of everyone getting behind the same foreign song, when barely anyone ever votes for them anyway, put the song at an instant hindrance, so you overcame all obstacles there - brilliant! Just proves that anything can happen, and often does!

Ditto on that one, i never thought it could win. When people seemed to like it i hoped for a top10, start and finish on 8th, never though i'd get my win/2nd top3.

As you said, getting enough people to vote for a foreign song to get it into the top 10 is bloody hard going, never mind finding one that could win

God love the unpredictable contests.

Risks FTW finally paid off, big time! Winning with a song that you know is a discovery to everyone who gave it points is sooooo much more satisfying than winning with a release schedule/playlisted song that half of the voters know already imo.

Really pleased for you :w00t:

It did as well  I said i'd get a winner out of it one day

It really is, it's amazing knowing that everyone who voted for Molly heard the track for the first time in the contest

Thanks Rich

Below the top 2 though, it has to be said, I have no idea whatsoever  I have no doubt that it's close at the top right now but the Sky lovers are also the notorious last minute voters so watch as a flood of high marks comes in for her...

Wow.. I don't remember having such good odds for Diagram of the Heart. It's so nice to see, though. 'Dead famous' is absolutely glorious

Why bump such old threads? You won't be able to find if you wanted now :manson:

Ok, maybe you can do that now with the Threads of Interest, but STILL.

Pat (r.i.p.) vs. Peggy were robbed! So were Markoolio and Linda but schlager's a dirty word around these parts :drama: At least I got two of the top three right, I really did think that it was Kylienips' turn at victory that time! I love One but I'm glad that we ended up with an inspired winner instead of yet another hot leak.
