JLS. Simply because they've released more. Although TCIA is one of the worst songs of 2010 so far, OS is one of the best plus I love BA and EIL

The Wanted "All time low" is better than any JLS single/track.

The Wanted are far better singers (and so far all the live performances of them that I have seen were live - so next time you're "pretty sure", check first)

The Wanted don't do ridiculous choregraphy all song long.

Mmm.. I guess it's all down to opinion, then. I don't see how All Time Low is better than Beat Again or One Shot!. I'm sure they mimed both their BBLB and GMTV performances, and I know people think JLS can't sing but acapella wise, JLS are better than The Wanted. The only thing The Wanted have over JLS is that more members play instruments as opposed to JLS.

So, if you went to one of The Wanted's gigs, you wouldn't be bored if they just stood there? I'd rather have a group of lads doing dancemoves (regardless if they're not tight) rather than a bunch of Westlife's -sitting-on-a-stool thing.

I've gone for JLS. I like All Time Low but I can't put them above JLS based on one single. One Shot was excellent and Beat Again, Everybody In Love and quite a few of their album tracks (yes I did buy the album) are pretty decent as well. Ask me again in a year and I might have a different answer

Easily the Wanted.

I have nothing against JLS, some of their songs are quite catchy (BA,OS) but the Wanted just work better as a group in my opinion.

All Time Low is actually one of my favourite songs of all time. And I find JLS a bit to try-hard nowadays anyway.

Plus the Wanted know how to dress!

In truth there is barely any difference from one boy band to the next.Whether either act is going to do a Take That and Westlife and actually out grow a teen girl fanbase remains to be seen.I liked JLS on X-factor but now the miming is just ridiculous but credit to them that they have built a career away from the X-factor rather than waiting for the shows return to keep propping them up.

Hope The Wanted do well because there is potential there and if they go Top 5 without R1 support all the better.

 I like jls because they have more chemistry as group. They worked hard for as year before they entered x-factor and putted the group together as just four freinds.I watched a the wanted interveiw and it just all looked fake,Like the laughing and everything looked really choregraphed and they dont look like a group either.!.x And the wanted heart vancacy aint nothing compared to One shot or EIL or even their song nobody knows.! <_<

To put it as nicely as possible. All Time Low $h!ts all over anything on JLS's album.

JLS ! ..Ive seen both live and to me the wanted just lack stage presence...and i actually believe jls are much better vocally they have amazing harmonies but its just a shame that they chose to mime :|
It will be intresting who comes on top between jls and wanted.

I had to go for the Wanted. I'm not really a fan of them, but I think the All Time Low was a more than decent debut and I know that they can sing, as I have only see them do LIVE performances. The same cannot be said of JLS, who I have not seen singing live since their performances on the X Factor.

To those who said JLS have a lot of chemistry... I disagree. When I see JLS, I see three men who are constantly trying to outshine the lead vocalist. I am sure that there has been more rivalry within the group than the public are aware of, since Simon said that Aston should sing lead vocals on the X Factor. Furthermore, it is clear to me that, after the release of The Club is Alive, which was utter tripe, that JLS have zero input into their music, which makes me see them as weak and irrelevant. There is no evidence (yet) that the Wanted are as easy to walk all over as JLS are, so I cannot say anything about them at the present time.

On the whole, I see them both as being manufactured boybands. The problem is that one has released a good debut single, which got to number 1 of their own merit, while the other has yet to release a single that I like (or would even rate as a song, apart from perhaps One Shot, which was decent) and have had success driven entirely by the X Factor at first and then by an army of teenage girls.

If JLS came out with material like B2K then I wouldn't have a problem with them. When they went into X Factor they were themselves now they are what teenage girls want them to be when they should have been aiming for an older market. Marvin and Astons looks are not going to be appealing in 5 years time to teenage girls and they will be irrelevant which is why they should have aimed for a different market.

The Wanted. I despise JLS.

It pisses me off how they used to BANG ON about their own 'jack the lad swing' SOUND yet nothing they've released sounds anything other than generic R&Pop SHIT.

Both arent amazing, but Im going to say The Wanted as All Time Low is better than anything JLS have done- all JLS' songs have just been extremely generic and unremarkable and have only sold so well because they have a large fanbase- and The Club Is Alive is probably the worst song of 2010

Although it remains to be seen whether The Wanted will continue to make decent songs like ATL or go down the generic pop route like JLS

If you think JLS don't have chemistry and that the boys are trying to outshine Aston then you obviously don't know much about them

Heres an interview they did with Chris Moyles

From 1:30 he talks to them about Aston being the lead vocalist during X Factor .. Maybe its just me but I really don't see any rivalry there ?

A recent interview http://www.itnsource.com/shotlist//ITN/2010/06/29/R29061012/

From 3:30 where they talk about writing songs for the album, people calling them manufactured etc..

Fair enough you don't like their music as most people on this forum don't, but like the boys said in the ITN interview most people don't "know" enough about them/their history and hence assume things about them

It would be different if they had been put together for the show, but they had been a group for a year before they even auditioned for X Factor and had won an Urban Music Award for Best Unsigned Act and finished 1st/2nd on Project Talent UK

If you listen to their songs that they had written before X Factor (Shy Of The Cool is on youtube) its obvious that they have the ability to write and be a decent group, but they have unfortunately been taken down another route by their record label/management.. I've liked all their songs except for The Club Is Alive, but according to a reliable source Marvin was the only member that liked the single and so I hope in time to come they are able to have more say when it comes to what songs are released

The Wanted have only had one single so far and I can see them having even less creative control than JLS, but we can't really compare both groups until TW have been around for a significant amount of time

I was reading a thread on here from when Beat Again was released and most seemed to like the song and yet now everyone seems to despise them.. It could go either way with TW
