Tinie has done well, but his album isnt great. There are alot of skip throughs on the record.
Tinie Tempah - Written In The Stars #01 in Bulgaria :)

Wow!! That's amazing!

It's also #38 on the US Pop airplay chart!! And its charted on the Bubbling Under chart for the Hot 100 for 2 weeks now!

I really hope it does well for him. Can't believe it's actually charted there (not in a bad way, I think the song is great, but I just never thought he'd be able to penetrate that market)! Price Tag is doing well too. :D

Btw, do you have a source for Bulgaria's chart?

If Written in the Stars does manage to become a proper hit in the US, what do you think he should release as his 2nd single? I think it's obviously one of Pass Out (it's already on iTunes, and there's a Snoop Dogg remix of it), Miami 2 Ibiza (got to #1 on the US Dance chart), Invincible (Kelly Rowland) or a new song. He's releasing a new album around November time this year, so he might have a brand new single ready in a few months.

It's being used as the official theme for WWE's Wrestlemania! There seems to be massive hype surrounding that as The Rock is coming back to host it (rumours are he's going to stay a little longer too, btw! :o) and it's supposedly The Undertakers very last WM, so the usual will he or won't he lose his streak talk is going on!

MAJOR PROMO for Tinie though.

Yeah type in Bulgaria chart and it comes up he was number one last week with Jessie J top 20 and The Saturdays - Higher #22 :)

Wow! That chart has got SO many UK artists in!! :o

Tinie Tempah #1 and #27, Jessie J #14 and #34, The Saturdays #22, Cheryl Cole #23, JLS #28, Taio Cruz #29!! Oh my gosh, so proud of them all.

Unfortunately, not doubt everybody will praise all of them for their success, except Cheryl. :(

Wow, Cheryl released Stand Up there too!! :o

Yeah UK artists always seem to do well in Uk.. Jessie J is getting BRILLIANT ariplay there... Highers lasted 9 weeks in the bulgarian chart.

WITS must be taking a boost in uk Itunes from WWE.

You mean Europe ?

& Is the Bulgarian Chart even based on sales ? Pretty sure I saw JLS on there and I don't even think they've released anything in Europe

Done extremely well of his first album. Let's hope the second album is even better!

His next album would have to be very, very, very, very good to top this one imo, so I'm not sure if he will.

He's confirmed in an interview with Rolling Stone that his next single will be called "'Till I'm Gone", and will feature Wiz Khalifa and be produced by Stargate.

Very interested to hear. The Wiz collaboration makes a lot of sense, they're very similar in a lot of ways - neither is the best in terms of flat-out flow but manages to make some good verses with a bit of humour. And of course, one is huge over here and just making it in the US while the other is huge in the US and just making it over here :D

I'm not sure I like the sound of that, I hope he keeps his promise of not Americanising his music.

However, very excited about new Tinie material anyway :D

This song should get a release its brilliant

Ester Deans vocals are actually good on This. Not like the Rihanna Demos

Tinie has been talking about collaborations for the follow-up to "Disc-Overy" (which I'm presuming will be released in the second half of 2012... Olympic slot?). In the interview he mentioned:

Gary Barlow

Chris Martin

Big Sean

Dizzee Rascal

The Script

Shingai Shoniwa (Noisettes)

Labrinth

Labrinth is a given, Chris Martin could work well but a collaboration with Dizzee would surely be the most obvious non-X Factor-related #1 of next year. However, there's rappers out there I'd prefer him to work with *cough B.o.B*

EDIT: Slated for April release. YAY
