Oh she's so much better than that boring drip, Gabriella Cilmi who has two decent songs to her name. She'd be better leaving to release this til January though, it'll struggle otherwise I think :(.

I may actually like this more than Impossible and hope it peaks higher. The video is really good to.Do we think rubbish R1 will playlist seeing as how Impossible went Top 10.

I think R1 support is possible. It's not like she's Alex.

'Impossible' has given Shontelle a second hit and has therefore shown that she is still relevant. Also, 'Perfect Nightmare' is very current and up-tempo (reminds me of 'Sweet Dreams' - and not just the title) so I think it's possible. I don't know whether #9 is high enough though. Gabriella got to #7 with OAM and R1 didn't playlist her second single. But then again:

Shontelle >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Gabriella Cilmi

But 'Impossible' is having longevity, compared to Gabriella's peak and drop...

Rather fond of this, the video is a complete non-event though and the song itself is rather lacking in oomph at times. There's nothing all that special about it, but at the same time it's the simplicity of it all that made T-Shirt quite a likeable record. It'd be nice if she could become a success, but as pointed out by Jack she'd be much better off releasing this after the Xmas rush.

Also, in a completly un-related note (and I have no idea why she's being compared with an artists from a completly different sound.)

Cilmi>>>>>>Shontelle. Sorry. It's the truth.

I know Gabs and Shontelle are the complete opposite, musically, but success wise I can't help but feel she'll bomb, despite improving no end this era.
I thought this was Nicole Scherzinger...

While i was reading through this thread I was listening to the song and couldn't help but notice that your sig goes in sync with the "No ways" really well :P A bit random I know
