August 29, 201016 yr Been fiddling about making this for about 20 minutes, listening to Club Can't Handle Me on the chart made me finally realise what it reminded me of! The 90's Grange Hill theme tune! I've made a crap mash up to demonstrate, lets get Hitstastic on the case to do something more professional! 8YqeMbrpV2g

August 29, 201016 yr Is Love The Way You Lie going to be both Eminem and Rihanna's biggest selling single by the end of the year? Stan is at ~770,000 and Umbrella is not far off that I'm sure.
August 29, 201016 yr Pretty much gauranteed that Eminem and Rihanna will reach the YTD no.1 in the next few weeks. Edited August 29, 201016 yr by Word Life
August 29, 201016 yr Is Love The Way You Lie going to be both Eminem and Rihanna's biggest selling single by the end of the year? Stan is at ~770,000 and Umbrella is not far off that I'm sure. Stan is at 770,000 as you said. Umbrella is around 700,000 I think. Pretty sure Love The Way You Lie will beat both of those...
8YqeMbrpV2g That is beyond awesome. The theme tune was the only thing I liked about Grange Hill.

The 90's Grange Hill theme tune! I've made a crap mash up to demonstrate, lets get Hitstastic on the case to do something more professional! 8YqeMbrpV2g What a brilliant mash up idea. :w00t: Yeah, if you can send me the tracks you've used I can have a mess around. :D
August 29, 201016 yr Sent! Can't wait to hear it done properly - I didn't even have to change the pitch to fit them together, although admittedly the tempo needs more work to make the vocals fit properly. Brett-Butler - I agree definitely, that theme song is iconic, I much prefer it to the much lauded first theme tune, it evokes true 90's nostalgia  I kept thinking that the Flo Rida song reminded me of *something* but I could never put my finger on it until today
August 29, 201016 yr Random thoughts on the chart from Bray given I missed the chart show for the first time since I joined this site, Dynamite #1. Bleh. Boring. Katy B top 5 :D Brandon didn't hold onto #7 in the end :( ah well, at least he's top 10 Chase & Status only down 3 :D Still haven't heard Slow, and I guess I never will as even if it stays top 40 next week R1 won't play it  Disappointed Aggro went in so low, SOS is much much better than Candy DJ Fresh has gone 24-27-24-27 :kink: Ke$ha top 30, that's good, hope it outpeaks YLIMD Stromae at #33 :D hope it'll be a big hit after all Biffy #36 :w00t: only 2 places short of the peak of Bubbles Miss Nothing so close to dropping out of the top 40 :o Klaxons climbed :o Flop for Sky Ferreira :( Radiohead re-entering top 65 :D KOL still top 75 :kink: and US re-entering top 100 :w00t: Kano scraped top 100 :D No Everything Everything AGAIN
August 29, 201016 yr Really happy to see Kylie holding in the top 30 albums this week as it been high top 40 all week. Im assuming there is a sale son or something with girls aloud and take that back in the charts, dont get me wrong im delighted to them both back in the top 75 again.
August 30, 201016 yr Suprised Darren Styles managed #23 on the album chart considering it's had no promotion. I mean I'm a big fan but I only knew it was out because I saw it in HMV! Bit of a rubbish album though unfortunately :(
