"I Follow Rivers", "Get Some" & "Sadness Is a Blessing" are my favorite Lykke Li songs so far.

I'm going to see her live in two weeks. I'm not a huge fan of her (a huge fan of 'SIAB' though) so I wonder if there's a possibility of falling in love. We've been flirting.

 

And the remixes of I Follow Rivers are mostly very good. Great club track in general.

Just to probably round off this period of Lykke's career, she did this gorgeous cover of a tune I was heartily sick of. Until I heard this that is.

 

I got this album today and I've been listening to it. I like it, but there's room for it to grow on me. Love Out of Lust and Sadness is a Blessing are standing out to me so far. Just beautiful. I do kinda miss her sweet, cute voice that she used on Youth Novels, but this new direction isn't bad necessarily. I'm enjoying the album.
