And I can't put it on my list :( But if she releases early in the year, it could still get a lot of sales from kids/teens who have received some money/gift-cards for Christmas.

September 10, 201014 yr Is 'My Wicked Heart' the title of the new Diana Vickers single? Yes it is. Was 'My Wicked Heart' on Diana Vickers' very-recently-released very-ridiculously-titled debut album? No it was not - this is a new song. It will be chucked onto a new edition of the aforementioned 'LP'. This is a con and I intend to firebomb the music industry. We really don't think anybody is expecting hordes of Vicko fans to buy the album again, it's probably more aimed at convincing the first-time-buyer market. What does it sound like? Florence doing 'Under The Bridge' via 'Crazy Chick' with some big brassy other things thrown in. It is a little bit bonkers and quite a lot amazing. What's the best bit of the song? An amazing "WHOOP" bit. What are the other key facts? The song is two minutes and fifty three seconds long. It opens with the line "hush hush stay quiet, your secret's safe with me". There is a great "whoops-a-daisy" bit in the middle eight. It sounds - as they say - 'like a hit', and it's out on November 7. Popjustice like it.
September 10, 201014 yr Despite the fact that it must be somewhat embarrassing having to re-release an album after two singles (one of whom was a #1) this is really for the best. Because I think it's clear that if continued releasing from the original album she'd be missing the top 40 rather hoplessly and she can slot in a nice X-Factor performance along the way. Anyway, despite having claimed for months & months that I wanted to set fire to her, I actually enjoyed both singles so im (sort of?) looking forward to this. THE SHAME.

September 12, 201014 yr It's bizarre. I like it. Out of the X Factor alumuni, she's definitely doing the most interesting stuff; whether that translates into hits or not is another question.

September 12, 201014 yr I'm not really feeling it on first listen. It's a bit too much BOOM BOOM for her, I'd rather her to to sing something a bit more subbtle and stripped. Not releasing one of the amazing ballads she got on the album is a big mistake :(
