With alot of 80s albums now being re-issued in deluxe formats on CD, does anybody know if there are any plans to reissue any of Kylie's PWL albums? I would love them to be reissued in expanded formats so we can hear them digitally remastered with bonus and unreleased material.

Cant see it happening but i would love if it did happen. Im sure there is loads of stuff they could add to expanded editions and it would be lovely to have them digitally remastered.

There are currently alot of PWL albums getting re released including all of Jasons so Id like to think they're saving the best for last :)

Well if Jasons have got re releases Kylie definitly deserves it.

It's possible they will one day. Quite a lot of albums from the PWL back catalogue have been getting re-released on the cherry pop label.

And other non-pwl from the same era.

 

It's pretty strange they weren't re-released sometime during the last decade, I mean Kylie hit the peak of her success with the Fever album and she's remained huge since so you would've thought they would have wanted to cash in with them by now, especially with all 4 original albums being quite tricky to get a hold of (at least they were when I brought them around 2004ish, I'm not sure how easy they are to find now). Instead though we just kept getting the same old Greatest Hits album repackaged with the tracklisting slightly altered.

I hope so, it is hard to buy them now, plus i am sure there are a few unreleased songs and remixes.

I'm aure when Waterman added Kylies entire PWL back cat on I-Tunes last year, they were remastered?
