Missing Andy? FFS, why do the acts from that show seem incapable of coming up with a name that isn't totally horrendous.

 

I do agree with you on this one, although I don't think Emma's Imagination is that bad - although maybe not great for a singer/songwriter as she is.

 

That said, I remember thinking Girls Aloud was a pretty awful name when it was revealed. Of course, it was nothing in comparison to One True Voice so I soon got over it :lol:

she was a judge on XF last night, plus she just performed on the Help For Heroes concert, even if she didnt perform them, she has been in the spotlight this weekend, so her songs are getting a boost

Barley any effect for The Saturdays..Missing you hasn't climbed and the album has fallen a place. Clearly better acts The Wanted put on a good performance!

 

It's such a shame they never come up with anything spectacular..always the same performances...Apprently they have got surprises for the tour so we will have to see.

 

I guess Help for Heroes isn't exactly the best target audience either..All for a Fantastic cause though! :D

Good to see Missing Andy with 2(!) entries in the top 40. Although compared to other artists in the competition they've had a bit of a head start, one of their songs was playlisted on 6music on the start of the year.

 

My claim to fame: the lead singer of Missing Andy emailed me to ask if I'd play some of their songs on my (now defunct) unsigned show, which I happily obliged to do.

The Wanted are almost top 10 again. :o They'll re-enter if McFly fall quickly enough.

Robyn finally climbed into the Top 100 at 99. Such a shame this seems to be flopping :cry:

I guess the Help the Heroes has helped The Wanted the most, because they're still getting their name around - so more chance of garnering more fans
