as much as i would love it to happen there isnt a hope n hell. Still its up to #76 on itunes now.

Whats helped it increase its itune position by 20 places in the last few days?

At 62 now, thanks to the RV performance.

It's a shame this couldn't have happened last week, but every little helps. If it can help the album a little bit that would be great!

well yes it helped the album, Aphrodite is currently at #47 on itunes while BTT keeps climbing and is at #57 (it climbed nearly 50 places in 4 days!!!)

iTunes doesn't represent how well the album is actually doing...

well itunes helps to have an idea especially that it is one of the biggest shares of the market... Isn't it?

 

Yeah but for digital album sales it's so small that it's sometimes not at all representive, various albums that have peaked in the top 10 on the iTunes album chart have missed the official top 100 for instance.

 

Of course for singles the share is so large that it's pretty representitive.

The 'almost Saturday chart' reveals that this is #42, and it's now up to #54 on iTunes. Maybe it can remain top 40 this week! :o

Either way it will be top 50 which is a lot better than i expected i was all prepared for a #65 or so this week, good to see it hanging on and sales if it holds up wont be far off 10,000 again this week

#56 on the latest itunes info i could get and had been #54, its dropping and jumping like a stone the whole time, but least it will gain sales again this week which is good and hopefully the royal variety will help keep aphrodite in the top 75 this week. Its such a huge shame all her promotional work was closer together and nearer to the phyisical release as had that happened better than today i think would have easily made top 20. Still it didnt so now its all about how many sale sit can eventually build up, all going well with this week sales better than today will be coming quiet close to 40,000.

Down to #59 this week.

Im happy enough with that as this time last week i was sure it would drop out of the top 60, sales will be decent enough though with the week that is in it.

I wasnt expecting top 75 so im very happy with this

at worst better than today will sell 50,000 in total which isnt bad, 50,000 for a #32 hit is great considering in my arms a top 10 hit will have sold only about 10,000 more.

Big enough drop and i cant see it benefiting to much from the itunes gift card, lets just hope aphrodite can hold on for another week or 2,its benefited reasonably well over the x mas market which is good considering how better than today underperformed. With this week sales aphrodite should roughly be o 270,000 and hopefully 4,000 sales next week so it will eventually go platnum and the tour should boost a few sales aswell.

I would conclude that BTT wasn't a total flop but it was disappointing.
