Ok, I am now loving 'O Holy Night' by Lea, her vocals are just immense on it! One of my favourite Glee songs. :wub:

That was a nice enough Christmassy episode. I get the feeling they'll be airing it in February/March in the UK which is ridiculous!

 

Also; Ms Beiste is AMAZING. - 'Last Christmas' song was a disappointment though :s I was hoping it'd be the last big performance of the show.

A nicey nicey episode nothing special but was very christmassy which is nice :)

Far from being the best episode, but very good for a Christmas episode. Artie walking was very nice to see, but maybe a bit too predictable as I'd already guessed. Brittany was just great as well.

 

My favourite performance would have to be 'Last Christmas'. I HATE the original, but I loved what Glee did with it.

I agree with what others said; nice episode (not the best), but I like the message/Christmas spirit in it all. Favourite song was 'Last Christmas' or the one the New Directions did in the teachers' lounge [EDIT: 'White Christmas' - does anyone have an m4a link to this - it's not on 'The Christmas Album'! :o :(]. I really liked how Artie got his walking machine too. :3

Oh and Dianna getting Kurt's lines in 'The Most Wonderful Day of The Year' was :wub:! I may sound biased, but I preferred the version with her.

After hearing Dianna's QUITE SHOCKING vocals on the X Factor performance, I don't want to hear anymore of her singing. :(

 

Baby it's cold outside was LOVELY. But I really liked Merry Christmas Darling. The Finn/Rachel stuff is annoying though because they will blatantly be back together when the show returns. I was sceptial at first but I'm really liking the Brittany and Artie romance. Bartie FTW!

 

On another note, NO GLEE FOR LIKE 2 MONTHS. How am I going to cope.. I may have to do the unthinkable and watch the Glee Season 1 box set again. :magic:

But what's with the Quinn vocals on X Factor hate? :o I honestly thought she did a great job of it. I'm trying to be unbiased, but I honestly couldn't hear anything wrong :lol: She got the perfect part too. Are you sure it wasn't Finn that ruined that part for you? :heehee:

 

Oh and did anyone notice Brittany and Mike got vocals in the XF performance too! The "Strangers. Waiting" part. Both were pretty crap, as well as Sam and they're the only ones I had the problems with during the whole performance. So it's a good job they were sharing lines/given literally one or two words :lol:

I've re-watched the first 13 episodes from season 1 and will re-watch the rest when I get the Volume 2 DVD for Christmas :D

 

I hope Finn/Rachel get back together, I really like them as a couple. I also really like Sam/Quinn, Brittany/Artie & Tina/Mike, so I hope they all stay the same. Never liked Tina or Artie much when they were together, but I do now they're with different people.

I will watch others if I get the chance (particularly Germany this year!, Switzerland this Saturday if possible, and obviously the UK), but if they clash with MGP or MF, they take priority.

Lol sorry Johnjo, I love Dianna and think she's a great actress. (I can't wait t see her in I Am Number Four) but I think as a singer she's quite average.

Was an enjoyable enough episode. Complete filler of course, and didnt partically contribute towards any of the existing storylines. Sue dressed as the grinch was fabolous, and the scene with them at Santa's grotto was a highlight aswell. The Artie/Brittany scene was touching I suppose, if a bit tedious, they're begining to go a bit over the top in Brittany's stupidity though.

Finn contuined to annoy me through the entire episode with his self-rightious 'chariteeeeee and giving not recieveing' crap he seemed to be sprouting through it all. I wish Jesse was still here frankly as I think Rachel was better with him.

Performances were nothing to write home about, except Kurt and Blaine's 'Baby It's Cold Outside'.

Glad i wasn't the only person who wanted to knock Finn out, then revive him to knock him down a couple of pegs. The Most Wonderful Day Of The Year was quite simply amazing. Anyone who has the version with Dianna's vocals, a PM would be most appreciated.

 

 

I'd be lying if i said anything other than she is the only reason i loon for this show. I was not a fan of Quinn to begin with, but rewatching after she grew on me i see i was quite clearly missing out on the best character on the show.
