October 25, 201014 yr If anybody has forgettable performances its Rebecca. She is amazingly talented and a fantastic singer/person but I just feel her songs are so one trick pony-ish and aren't really making her stand out for me as much as she did before the live shows. As a Rebecca fan I am sad to say I agree with you, but this is the thing about X Factor.. I really dont understand how someone can call Rebecca a one trick pony and say Cher isnt... or how they can go on and on on the show about how Mary should stop doing the same thing.....but praising Cher for it :/ Madness.

I really dont understand how someone can call Rebecca a one trick pony and say Cher isnt... or how they can go on and on on the show about how Mary should stop doing the same thing.....but praising Cher for it :/ Madness. Oh I do agree. I didn't want to mention Cher as she just makes me feel ill and has since the first time I saw her. I find nothing talented about her at all. People are just all in love with her because she's doing what hasn't been done on TXF before. In reality she is dreadful compared to 95% of the genre she is trying to represent and is a lot worse than at least 5 other contestants. I just struggle to see any appeal at all. She will undoubtedly sell records and that's obviously al that matters to Cowell. The judges are a waste of space. They should become poster people for subliminal manipulation. The only one I can listen to without wanting to throw things at the screen is Dannii Minogue.
October 25, 201014 yr Storm has more plays than 6 of the remaining acts and more listeners than 4 of them :( Poor Storm, he shouldn't have gone....had he been himself and not what Louis made him he would've gotten much further.
October 25, 201014 yr Clearly getting Louis Walsh as your mentor is the kiss of death. His acts always seem to be shot in the foot it seems. He's a vile man -_-
October 25, 201014 yr Clearly getting Louis Walsh as your mentor is the kiss of death. His acts always seem to be shot in the foot it seems. He's a vile man -_- The problem with Louis is - he's 10 years behind everyone else. The newest song he's chosen for ANY of his acts is She Bangs by Ricky Martin (released in 2000).
October 25, 201014 yr but would you listen to him without watching him :kink: ? Good question... I don't know, I probably could ^_^ :o
October 25, 201014 yr I really hope Treyc gets Defying Gravity from Wicked, would really love to hear her interpretation of it.Rebecca should do Black magic Woman by Santana/Alicia Keys not another drippy song.
October 25, 201014 yr Mary should sing "I Put a Spell on You"! OR "Enter Sandman" :w00t: ....or "Mr. Sandman" :heehee: Edited October 25, 201014 yr by Cal

October 25, 201014 yr I've caught up with the majority of the performances now (I take it you all noticed my dear lack of being here during the weekend. Whataya mean no? and whataya mean it seemed nicer, calmer and less hate-filled?) and actually I think they all did sort of well-ish. Paije was apparantly amazing but I only caught the judges comments and the small recap of it later. SOZ PAIJE. I'm suprised he performed really since his gran died. Though I suppose we should have a bit more respect for him for not milking that one to death (bad pun not intended). Oh John. Bless him. I saw him perform and other than the dancers humping each other to stay awake I have no idea what he sang, or what it was like. I was like that 20 seconds after it ended aswell, it really didnt bode well for whatshisname. Rebecca I think was actually my favourite of the night. Assuming Treyc wont win, I might aswell back her, a great vocal again and at a push, probably her best yet. Cher is of course still a complete twat of the highest orders but of the live shows, I thought that was her best to date. I didnt want to kill her, a small child, Cheryl or a combination of the three so good work Mini-Cheryl. Im coming round to the idea of Matt winning this now. He's still got the personality of a mayfly but this was his first performance where I didnt roll my eyes 78 times in a row at how much everyone loved it. I may grow to accept him winning this now. Wasnt very pleased to find Wand Erection doing Pink (if she's a guilty pleasure, then I should just burn my I-Pod out of shame) but again I hate to say it, but I really really liked it and thought they did a fairly good job of it. And they're really cute. Though this clearly had nothing to do with me liking them. NOTHING. Even as a massive Trecy fan I cant say I found her all that interesting this week, she was rather forgettable really and her landing in the bottom 2 was hardly suprising. Not a patch on her other two performances. Tesco Mary is also, an extremly good vocalist as she proved again but theres only so much milking of the same routine and performance, with really only the song being changed that she can do. Aiden at least imroved last week thought it was of course nothin on his Mad World performance. The fact that he seems psychotic and on edge just adds to the fact that I'm slightly in love. I think I have actually turned into a 12 year old girl, I'm just supporting the vaguely attractive boys now. Oh go home BellAmie. Just go home. They're decent but just so nothingy and uninteresting. Wagner is amazing and must win. Sorry to Rebecca and Treyc who I know will be devastated but I've reached the conlusion him will equal out all the bad things in the world. or something. somehow. Yeah, anyway. YAY WAGNER. Katie seriously, just when I was begining to like you. You go and do that. On the whole a decent show. Not very suprised at the bottom 2 at all, both had very forgettable performances. Right decision definatly in sending John home aswell, one of lifes greatest mysteries surely must be how he even survived the first 2 weeks?
October 25, 201014 yr I unfortunately cannot see X Factor going for any of those, even though some of them are    (MCR sang would be epic) Wouldn't they be amazing. Aiden would be brilliant at MCR or Evanescence and it would be amazing to see Wagner sing This is Halloween. But knowing the X Factor they will just stick with the stereotypical Ghostbusters/Monster Mash/Thriller.
October 26, 201014 yr The one certainty is that Matt will not be doing the one he really wanted (ie Thriller) but is happy with his song choice this week apparently (fingers crossed it will be Creep but have a feeling Danni will give that to Aiden). Any guesses who will get Thriller ?
October 26, 201014 yr Surely the big group performance on Sunday will be for 'Thriller'? Which is probably why Matt wasn't allowed it? maybe? But Aiden doing 'Creep' would be wow. Matt OR Aiden will pull that off really well I should think.

October 26, 201014 yr Apparently Mary was going to sing Ain't no mountain high enough by Diana Ross....but she was handed the wrong version to rehearse. Which really wasn't working for her. So this audition song was a last minute decision it seems.
October 26, 201014 yr Matt Cardle 672 5 Cher Lloyd 545 3 One Direction 210 4 Aiden Grimshaw 196 4.5 Wagner 175 3 Rebecca Ferguson 164 4.5 Katie Waissel 145 3.5 Paije Richardson 122 4.5 Belle Amie 94 2.5 Mary Byrne 85 3.5 TreyC Cohen 65 3.5 John Adeleye 59 3.5 It's scary because that's actually how I think the final results will look like ! Except there's no way Rebecca will go before Wagner.
October 26, 201014 yr If my favourites go I am joining the Vote Wagner to win campaign.Aiden could do a really great Thriller. I am sure Treyc will get a crap song but she would nail My Immortal.Rebecca doing She Wolf would be interesting.
