I've always noticed that too. I wonder why. It's also less common that you see a massive gap between #10 and #11 like often happens in the UK.

Tinie Tempah could break top 10 before Wrestlemania, it's heavily promoted in America atm and it's on all the channels(the song) Don't expect it to to take a massive jump today it shoudl break top 10 with arguably top 5 after monday. But it will be top 10 before or after monday.

I don't think he'll change to a more American sound with the next album. He's said a few times that he could easily do that to crack America, but there would be no point.. as he'd be giving them what they already have (Lil Wayne, Drake etc..)

It is a little problem. The song wasnt released as Cd, just it could be reach on Itunes as digital download. So on Billboard chart wont be in TOP10. But as digital song, Who Says is her biggest hit, this is a fact.
