Does this mean I can join in?
I'd like to join too, don't know if i'll be able to choose which team though! Looks like nobody wants to leave TC!

Hi guyz,

The Lounge mods and I have been thrashing out a solution to the deadwood problem for literally months and we have come to a CONSENSUS.

Quite simply, at the end of November each team will be entirely reset. A new sign-up thread shall be started and each team will be built up from scratch - allowing us to rid ourselves of those who don't play and to choose a different team, it if that is indeed what you're after.

Transferring between teams will NOT be allowed. This reset will be your only opportunity.

I don't expect this to be a hugely popular decision but we think it's the best.

Much love,

Your Team Captains + Tirrun

When is this happening. I see no sign up thread and I don't want to miss out on a place.

Amazeballs. :cheer:
Is the idea to actually change teams? Or are most going to go down the blue waffle route and stay almost entirely the same?

If what we are currently discussing comes to fruition, that will not be an option.

The mods should choose their teams. Maybe have a "signup" thread and then mods choose from that thread from the people who actually want to participate... Also could we make a rule or something where each member of the team has to post a certain amount in the forum a week or something, or they're replaced/removed from the team etc...? (Unless they state for obvious reasons why they won't be online for that period (i.e. a holiday) or something)

Wouldn't that rule be discrimatory against members of the forum who actually have a life?

This is true. I mean, I've barely posted in my forum this week and I'm the leader! That rule would be very unmanageable, although I see where you're coming from Jonjo.

The rule should be if you don't participate in FF for 2 consecutive weeks unless you have an excuse you'll be kicked off the team, some people don't post as much as others (some people have to go to school/uni/work)
Because it's boring as FUCK.
Given that the points tally hasn't been updated for nearly two months doesn't someone think THAT should be a priority too?
Oh good, this is almost as dysfunctional as BJSC... I definitely am joining then :kink:
