#34 - Abbey Road

#46 - Revolver

#115 - A Hard Days Night

#123 - Beatles for Sale

#147 - Help!

This would be why

If they were actually relevant these days their albums would fill the top 15 after 24 hours, no?

By the way, I dont care about the albums. On iTunes singles chart they are flopping. ^_^

Prob's because there is like Loads of songs to choose from :P

In the top 100:

36. Hey Jude - The Beatles

55. Twist and Shout - The Beatles

58. Let It Be - The Beatles

61. Here Comes the Sun - The Beatles

70. Twist and Shout - The Beatles

86. In My Life - The Beatles

87. Blackbird - The Beatles

90. Come Together - The Beatles

93. I Saw Her Standing There - The Beatles

98. A Day In the Life - The Beatles

No one song is doing particularly well because you have to remember The Beatles have $h!t tons of classics. It's not like they only have one famous song, they have about 50 equally famous songs. I'm surprised enough people have decided upon downloading Hey Jude to make it as high as #36 :P Especially as they ahven't even been on iTunes for 24 hours yet.

I wonder if Hey Jude could go near the top 10? I doubt it but it could happen.

In the top 100:

87. Blackbird - The Beatles

Surprised no-one here has screamed 'they've nicked Blackbird from Gary & Robbie!'

Kath

It'll be great hearing Hey Jude on Sunday if it makes it. Now up to No.37.

Take That #2 & #31

Rihanna #4 & #38

So sales from the top single versions may start dropping as the album ones start to rise, so both combined still high.

Also What's My Name  #17 :o :D

Gotta Be Somebody #25, not that big of a drop and he's on This Morning today i think.

Hey Jude #31, Twist and Shout #42, Let it Be #47, Here Comes the Sun about to break top-50, at #52.

And by the way...

59. Déjà Vu (Radio Edit) [feat. Bob Taylor] - Inna

298. Deja Vu (UK Radio Edit) - Inna

And that is all. How come? :o

Hey Jude Top 30! I think, at some point, it will climb Top 20

Just wish Ellie could climb to number 1 and stay there for whole Christmas period! Just dreaming i know ^_^

Does she stand a chance charting at number 2 this Sunday?

And they did it without even kicking the bucket (well, not recently, anyway...) :)

Latest update :

235 Beatles tracks in the T1000, compromising 114 different songs (some of which have as many as 5 separate entries)!

3 in T50

14 in T100

53 in T200

91 in T300

No individual track is dominating, but all together they are flooding the charts!

Anyone know the total number of different tracks available?

Anyone know the total number of different tracks available?

490 (that's including tracks having 2 or 3 versions available). Not sure about actual different songs.

According to "Reveloution in the Head: The Beatles's Records & The Sixties", the band released 186 different songs on albums/singles/b-sides, EPs.

Now there will have been some addition to this with the release of the Anthology series which had 2 or 3 new songs.

The Beatles Albums

#9 - Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band

#10 - The Beatles 1967 - 1970

#12 - The Beatles 1962 - 1966

#21 - Abbey Road

#26 - (White Album)

#27 - Revolver

Keep in mind the millions of albums they've sold in the UK, I'm surprised they're selling quite well on iTunes.
