What's My Name #5 :w00t: Cant believe its doing so well with such little airplay on radio or TV :dancing: :D
The Silence really is going up and down it seems! Great to see The Flood is in the top 100 already though.

Especially with Drake's contribution ruining the start... :P

However, the video hasn't lacked for TV play over the last several days.

I assume you mean Cheryl's song.

Could you not post both comments in one post?

I like Drake's part.

And ofcourse they mean Cheryl's as TT have made #2 with theirs. I find it a little odd her record company went forward with releasing The Flood when Take That have literally just releasedit a few weeks ago and is still in the top 10. Surely they could of chosen a different song..

The Flood is definitely the best single choice they could make and I really don't think it's any problem that it has the same title as Take That's song.

Look at Britney and Take That two years ago with Circus and The Circus, that wasn't any problem aswell.

Same thing that happened with Beyonce and Big Brovaz - Baby boy

Didn't hurt either of them one bit

May actually help. I just think its a little odd, and doesnt give the song any unique-ness in the chart when there is another song with the exact same title.

I don't think people will confuse both songs at all only because both have the same title. Both Take That and Cheryl are famous (and distinctive) enough not to be confused.

And I don't think it will have any positive or negative effect, people will buy it (or not) because they like the song (or not). They won't go "ooh I like it but it has the same title as that TT track so I won't buy it"...

No, ofcourse not, however it may slightly benefit them both as people may type in 'The Flood' in to iTunes and get both Take That and Cheryl Cole come up, buy the one they wanted, then preview the other one and buy it. As cheryl's is more recent it'll benefit her more.

I just think mainly it loses any uniqueness with two songs with the same title in the same chart released so closely.

WOW, What's My Name? ALREADY top 5! This has to go to #1.

Only it should wait until 2011 before going to #1 because then she'd have one #1 every year for 5 years :kink:

Another massive #2 wouldn't be bad either :P But I'd be really annoyed if it turns out to be somewhat frontloaded and doesn't progress much higher than it is now :(

CC's The Flood is climbing quickly, I wonder if she'll squeeze in a second XF performance? Should give her a 6th consecutive top 5/10 hit anyways at this rate.

I'd love to see 'Kush' in the official top 40 at some point but I have a feeling it'll be low top 50/60 both this week and next week and then plummet.

If they use 'Gillian McKeith' on IAC...GMOOH! at any point it could make the top 10 :o

I doubt there's a better one on there, including the one they've already released... :)

 At that acronym! I love the whole concept and the lyrics of the Gillian McKeith song, but his voice is so irritating!

Come on Ellie, just one more little push to overtake that XFF crap... :)

Olly Murs has fallen a long way behind Ellie now. Ah well, hopefully TOM will have at least as much longevity as PDLMG (whose chart run is actually not *that* bad to be honest, when compared to some of this year's other #1s)

Ellie is just a smidge behind Heroes now, hopefully Heroes will exit the chart with haste, I know it's for charity but it's $h!t.

Hopefully Ellie can get #1 next week (Rihanna/Drake would be ideal but that's not exactly gonna happen). Nicole is the only 'major' release next week and I can't see that getting #1, maybe top 3/5
