I totally forgot Avril Lavigne and Justine Beaver were canadian :o I thought Celine Dion would get more, she was the first one that came to my head- glad I didnt go with my initial answer of Bryan Adams

I thought the first book would be the most well known- but I guess Deathly Hallows coming out put that in peoples minds :P

I like how a lot of Quests often tell the same answer when there are only 2-3 the same answers from any of other teams. And we consulted only about the country question and about the sandwich question! :o WE THINK THE SAME YEAH. Although it doesn't help our results unfortunately.

Oh dear. Showing up my serious lack of Harry Potter knowledge there :( I'm still yet to ever read one of the books or sit through a film (yes, I know!) and that was the first book title I could instantly recall for some reason or another.

I didn't mean "the fourth one", I meant it's name!!

As it was Goblet Of FIre which only got one other vote, it wouldn't have made a lot of difference. However, as the question was "Name a Harry Potter book", it was pretty clear I wanted the actual title. After all, if the question was "Name someone who won a medal the the Beijing Olympics" would you expect to get away with "bloke who won the mens 100 metres"?

Goblet Of Fire (1)

Silk - Gooddelta

GOF was my favourite HP film up until Saturday night when I went to see DH. So sad it only got 1 :(

And I think Bert is correct on this one. Even if it isn't a direct translation, YouTube trailers seem to be saying that it's the French title

Exactly. The translations aren't always 100% correct / identical to the original.

I nearly dropped the Harry Potter question because it was so close to the release of the film by the time I got to post the questions. If it had been a week or so earlier Philosopher's Stone may have got a few more votes.

I see five of the very best people all on the site went for Alanis. I think that's a MORAL VICTORY

Love the specification there. :D

Still not seen the new HP.

Kind of lost my way with it after third film.

Doing fairly well so far. :)

No one here eats CHEESE AND ONION?! What?! I of course mostly blame Suedehead for being a stickler and not including it within 'cheese'.
Kaisa is getting too obsessed with Jark, i.e. naming him for like at least one question per game! THERE'S A NEW STALKER IN TOWN.

:( The trouble is where should I have drawn the line? Should I have combined lettuce and BLT? The various combinations of tuna, egg and mayonnaise would have been even more difficult. The fact is it was a bad choice of question on my part.

Seems I did quite well on the whole then, except for the Beatles question perhaps. Still, having not used Google at all I suppose it could have gone worse.
A very good week for me :D Although it doesn't help when the Quest all come up with the same answers bumping up the scores for others
