November 28, 201015 yr '100 85 4 Yeo Valley Boyz feat. Mr George and Lisa Roxanne Yeo Valley Rap' As in 'No Flow'????? Wonder what she's been up to the last nine years!!!!! Yup, that appears to be the same Lisa Roxanne. Who'd have thought a few years back we'd ever see Lisa Roxanne or Alistair Griffin back in the chart?
November 28, 201015 yr Beady Eye are off to a slow start in their career, kind of expected it to do mych much better.
November 28, 201015 yr Great to see Shakespears Sister bounce back up 24 places!! :-) It must be close to 600k by now. I hope Cher stays until the final and performs it again boosting more sales :-)
November 28, 201015 yr Awful #1. The people who bought there are a) stupid B) Conservative and Lib Dem voters and c) in need of help. Can't they see they are being conned?
November 28, 201015 yr Another fun (not) fact: Three of the top 5 longest chart runners of all time are all in the top 100, and I'm sure one of the others is just outside: 1 Snow Patrol Chasing Cars 140 weeks 2 Frank Sinatra My Way 124 weeks 3 Kings Of Leon Sex On Fire 114 weeks 4 Take That Rule The World 95 weeks 5 Journey Don't Stop Believin' 86 weeks Edited November 28, 201015 yr by What's My Name?
November 28, 201015 yr Well done Take That holding number 1 and im also happy with Bon Jovi;s staying power in the top 10. Worrying time for Shayne Ward both the album and single have dropped very very quickly. He must be absolutely gutted. Three years to bring out an album and about three weeks in the charts.

Who'd have thought a few years back we'd ever see Lisa Roxanne or Alistair Griffin back in the chart? Don't think it is the same woman - the one who charted in 2001 was black (I am one of the few people who actually remembers the song!), and the one currently charting appears to be white. There is of course another act in the chart that many people thought we would never see in the chart again - a certain 4-piece from Liverpool...

There is of course another act in the chart that many people thought we would never see in the chart again - a certain 4-piece from Liverpool... The girl in the video is just a model though, called Alexandra Evans. I would guess Lisa Roxanne had some hand in writing it hence her credit, but it's hard to say for sure as there isn't a whole load of information out about it! November 29, 201015 yr 'Like a G6' has spent 3 weeks in, not two. Do you think there will be xmas songs in Top 5 this year? Fairytale of New York reached #3 in 2005, #6 in 2006 and #4 in 2007 but I reckon AIWFCIY will do better this year.
