However - there is only one reason why Kerry Katona is getting the relatively high marks she's getting. She was far, far worse than Denise (who had a far, far trickier routine than Kerry's). Kerry's partner is pulling her through this. Kerry is the second to last worst skater there. I sat through all of that only to realise that Vanilla had been on right at the beginning - whilst I was driving home! I don't know why they don't just give it to Sam now anyway. Kath

Even then ... who knows? The public may want a smug git to win rather than a 'most improved' skater. This guy is even more annoying than Ray Quinn - at least Quinn - although a semi-professional dancer to begin with - hadn't set foot on the ice before DOI! Kath

Even if he had - it couldn't have been a regular thing (as Sam had announced the first time on the show) as the Silver Blades Ice Rink in Liverpool was closed down years before Ray Quinn was even born. Yes - I know that there's Altrincham and Blackburn (actually - I'm not even sure the one in Altrincham is still going) but not near enough to make a regular habit. Anyway - they were both smug - Sam is just smugger. I will say one thing though - he is a far superior skater than he is an actor. Kath

A big factor in viewers keeping Todd in last year - wasn't because he was a star from a popular soap - it was because he was likeable. Steven Arnold just doesn't have a likeability factor. Kath Edit!
