I think they'll hang on at around 38/39, we all thought Rage would drop out from #2 but they stuck at #40

 

Would that be a record anyway? I think it would, the biggest dropout I can think of is when Delirious? - History Makers fell from #4 to #61

iTunes is normally frozen for the whole of Xmas day, isn't it?

wow fridays midweeks show the chart will be very interesting on sunday - the pogues are top 15 without xmas eve sales so it could be challenging for the top 10 on sunday.also why is davidguetta/rihanna only @12 even though its no6 on itunes?the xmas songs could pile into the top 40 by the end of saturday - its just so hard to judge with the xmas songs as there are so many versions in the top 200 you cant tell how much they are selling!?!

 

does anyone have the position for coldplay?think coldplay missed a trick by only releasing one version of the song.would love there to be only one version of the pogues on itunes - if there was it could easily go to no1 overall every xmas eve!!

On the album chart, Rihanna is showing as having a sales increase for the week already. Should easily sell over 200k this week then.

That's my lot, I'm having a rest bite for a week, next week's chart will be fairly static, with old tracks going back up the chart. Nothing really sticks out for next week, unless Rihanna pulls a surprise.

I read on ukmix that Music Week said that Rihanna has sold more copies than she did last week on the whole meaning her sales can go over 200k :o i'm impressed with 'Loud' selling power :w00t:
